Looking forward to a takeout meal after working a very long week. Probably the most disgusting food I have had. I ordered eggplant parmesan that tasted like rubber and completely inedible, It tasted like it came out of a microwave. I had ordered a side salad, which was forgotten. For a restaurant boasting a grand opening you’ve bitten off more than you can chew. Hire better staff and with good pay!!!

I havent been here since it was Zoe's so I guess my first mistake was thinking it would be as good as...I ordered a Greek pizza online as I was going to be in town. I arrived to pick it up and I must say..if you have teenagers who roll their eyes at you when when you suggest it's time to get a job they are hiring!!! I went in to pick it up...told her I had ordered online and she said "yeah" went in back where her friends were having some dance party.brought out the pizza and tossed it on the counter. I said well thank you and she said ya you're good. Then I got home. Spinach is pretty inexpensive so I think more than 6 leaves would have been nice. It was sogreasy I just threw it out. I've never had such a negative experience In my life

Food was supposed to be delivered at 5:30pm and they brought it at 4pm. Cheeseburger grinder was disgusting. Had to throw it away. They also forgot the Caesar dressing for my CAESAR salad. Customer service was horrible too. Will not be back

They need to come a long ways to be average. Service is very slow and food needs much improvement. Some people left from not getting waited on, and they were the only other people that came in when we were there. One of our orders was acceptable.

Just before Thanksgiving I gave them a try because I wanted someone to deliver and my usual place was closed. It was me and my son's friend, who lives with us. So, I ordered a small beef fajita pizza, broccoli bites and onion rings. The pizza was so soggy that my son's friend didn't eat it and it had no "fajita" flavoring. Just fried onions and peppers with beef. The broccoli bites you could tell they were once frozen and tasted greasy and well as the onion rings. I ended up throwing the whole order away since none of us wanted it. So glad I didn't make a big order.

Ordered pizza at 5:50, pizza still wasn’t here at 7:15 so we called; the person on the other end said the driver left a bit ago; still no pizza until 7:25. We get it inside it was cold, as if it was sitting on top of the oven for awhile. Not satisfied at all. We called not asking for a new pizza or money back but just to tell them that the pizza looked like it was sitting out and was cold and all she said was “sorry” will not be getting food from this place again. Different name still shameful quality of food.

I decided to go out to dinner here because I ordered out recently from here and got a panini I liked. Even though they forgot a grinder and I had to go there and pick it up with no discount or reciprocation. Unfortunately I was a little taken back by the experience and food. I ordered fried calamari, a Margherita pizza, fried ravioli and my wife got steak tips with rice. It was cold in there. The menus they handed us were wrinkled as if they have been used by infants. It looked like they were short staffed but there was only 1 other couple dining in so I'm not sure why the floor was dirty with food all over it. The carpet in there needs to be replaced. It was the first thing I noticed, it was in really bad shape and the food debris didn't help with the whole experience. The hostess was kind. The pizza came out first and we had to ask for plates. The pizza wasnt bad, the mozzarella on it seemed fresh. Points for that. The fried calamari seemed to not have been fried long enough, and it was placed on a plate with a little cup of marinara sauce. The presentation was unappealing and it didn't taste very good. No garnish, no lemon wedge. Just tossed on a plate. The oil that it was cooked in was clean so points for that. The fried ravioli had the same pale color as the calamari. Some were cold inside, wasn't fried long enough. The presentation was also unappealing. My wife asked for her steak tips to be cooked rare, they handed us very very well done steak tips. The butter my wife asked for, to put in the rice , didn't melt so the rice was cold. She had one bite and didn't touch it. I had a couple fried ravioli and fried calamari and I didn't touch it again. We ate half the pizza. We were so disappointed with the food that we didn't even say anything, just paid the 60 dollars and left. Nobody asked if everything was ok, nobody really seemed to care. I will add photos of the food so you can see what I am talking about. We left and went to grill 445 and ate there. It wasn't a good experience and although I try to point out the positives such as a nice hostess, fresh mozzarella and clean frying oil....the whole experience and cleanliness outweighs the positives by far. Just a FYI, the photos they use on their menu are just stock photos of great looking food. I noticed that when I ordered the panini. The panini in the menu looked delicious with a nice golden crust with beautiful press lines. Their panini doesn't look like that. None of the food on the menu or the website is their food. They do have customer reviews that show their actual food so check those out. If I may send a bit of advice to management, presentation, cleanliness of the establishment and pride in your business goes far. It needs to be updated and quality control needs to be adapted.

We decided to check out Romano’s tonight and we were pleasantly surprised! We had the clam chowder, fried breaded zucchini’ ,garlic chicken wing (yummy) and a steak gyro .The food was delicious ! The gyro dressing was perfect . The breading on the zucchini was so good and the zucchini was fresh! Crunchy fries ,excellent chowder ! We will definitely be coming back! Thank you

We decided to take it easy on Friday, ordering out and having it delivered. We have ordered maybe twice from there in the past without a problem. The order was placed at 6:18pm, I called at 7:27pm asking about the order. The kid on the other end of the phone said, with a slight chuckle, 'oh we did your order. It's on the way' Due to the lack of professionalism and the give a S&#t attitude, I had my doubts the order was on it's way. At 8:11pm, I called again. He had me hold on while he called the driver. After a minute or two, he came back on the line and said the driver was 6 minutes away. He proceeded to inform me that there were a lot of other people waiting for their orders and that they 'got' busy. I reminded him that the wait time I was given was 45 minutes and asked if my order was going to be hot. He said, ya, I guess so. Again, 'eh, so what attitude.' Well it was about 8:30 the driver showed up. The food was cold. I can't comment on the quality of the food because it was cold and we'll heat it up tomorrow.. it was too late to eat at that point. All I can say is, never again. If I had to write a review from a few months ago, I'd give it 4 stars. Customer service was good, food was good and delivery was spot on, hot food as if it were right out of the oven. That changed. I understand there is a shortage of staffing, but no compensation was offered, no apology for what I went through after spending nearly $30 and waiting over 2 hours! There are an abundance of fast food restaurants that have wonderful customer service and good food as well. If you order from Zoe's, pick it up, don't wait for a responsible delivery person!

Put in order for 60 dollars. It wasn't delivered after an hour and a half. When I called the lady on the phone was extremely rude and said that the kitchen was closed. I wasn't getting my food so I wanted a refund which was also refused. I had to cancel it through my credit card company.

It’s really a shame how bad quality and customer service has gone down. I hope this review helps other people make the right choices where to eat until people are held accountable for products they sell. We order from this place 3 times a week at least and every time they either forget the sauces, forget the soda, the food is wrong, they just don’t care. I’m done with them. Below is the bacon on my sandwich cold and raw. We finally demanded a refund

Chicken salad grinders were so gross we didn’t even eat them. One bite into the sub and it was a mouth full of fat and skin. More chicken fat than chicken?
