My husband placed a $400 order with them for lobster and clams for a picnic with friends. The order was supposed to be delivered between 1-4pm. It’s now almost 9pm and it has not been delivered. We can’t get a hold of the company and they are closed tomorrow. When my husband called after 4 they said don’t worry about it, it’s in the truck for delivery. They brushed him off. I now have a bunch of people coming to my house tomorrow for seafood that I don’t have. We ordered from them last year and the order was late (only a hour) but they said the driver got lost and the food was good so we decided to give them another chance. Never again! I’m in a panic with what to do and feel like they just took our money. Don’t order here!

The store front has nice nautical décor and, upon entering, the smell of fresh seafood is pertinent; it takes you to the coast and you can feel the warmth of the attendants who are ready to take your order.
The display cases are clean and large, so you can see all the offerings, and there are also several refrigerated and frozen options such as eel and even dog food available in the coolers. There is a large board that has clearly labeled seafood options and pricing, and everything is promptly executed. They even have options of sauces and fresh lemons. They take care to make sure everything is clean and organized.
There is ample parking and it is easy to spot while driving down the road.

My clam chowder was the favorite dish Christmas Eve. Everyone was amazed at how tender the clams were. Thank you for your wonderful costumer service helping me decide whether to use fresh or frozen. I chose fresh frozen and they were delicious! I definitely will be back.

@Forrest Bly, I stopped in again after getting the freshest, cod, scallops and shrimp last week. My wife is having crab cakes and scallops. I'm eating 1/2 a dozes shrimp with your coc5ail sauce.

Amazing seafood market that is extremely clean & hygienic, great prices, I bought lobster, crab, PEI mussels, jumbo shrimp with the biggest New Bedford deep sea scallops I’ve ever seen. Everything was tasty, ocean fresh and above all, I was treated with respect, this is truly a hidden gem & I’m so happy it’s right in my hometown, great establishment.
Picked up some fresh wild caught coho salmon. Little bit of oil, salt & pepper and 20 mins later out came some of the best salmon I've had in a long time. Also grabbed some lobstah bisque which I'll try another night. Definitely recommend going there if you want fresh seafood!

I'm very happy to report that their staff were extremely helpful in resolving an issue that occurred with an online order we had placed recently. I can't thank them enough for going above & beyond... they certainly exceeded my expectations!!I would highly recommend that you purchase your lobsters here at The Gulf Shrimp Company. I found them to be very affordable & incredibly fresh... and quite delicious - steamed & served with drawn butter. ?
