Zero taste. Cheapest ingredients put together without any thought, I don’t thinks they even have salt or pepper in the kitchen. Had power wrap with sausage, if I would close my eyes I would never know what I’m eating. Definitely they don’t eat food they serve!!

Freshly made bagels daily! We love their everything bagel, as both sides are covered with toppings! Convenient location, reasonable prices, plenty of parking.

It’s hard to order with the language barrier. If you have special requests and don’t speak Spanish go elsewhere

Horrible experience with the Omelette I ordered.
First not good taste, huge chunks of vegetebles, and the worse part, I found a HAIR in the Omellete, I almost vomit.
I called the place to complaint and they did not even said sorry to me, all they said is they can only refund me the money. I told the woman who answered the call that I needed a upper manager phone number because I wanted my complaint to scalate to the right person.
I got an 1-858# theres is an answer machine that is all.
I will never return to this place!!

I went here for the first time today and I only got a plain bagel with plain cream cheese, y'all it was the best bagel I've ever had, I can't wait to get another one, I also got their hash brown and it was amazing. They also have muffins available so I grabbed a red velvet with cream cheese and it's so delicious. The place is cute and clean and the staff was super sweet as well.

Overpriced for what it is. You can get same breakfast down the road for cheaper and it’s better. Pretty sure cream cheese was spoiled this morning it was very sour, review update I ended up nauseous after eating just a bagel with cream cheese. I won’t be back

Very very expensive, no specific price on menus makes it appear affordable until check out…
I was charged 17$ for just a chicken pesto grinder that’s advertised in a section that says 9.99-12.99+ thinking the plus would be for extras not a plain sandwich that was cold and unsatisfying…I do a lot of work in the general area and my co-workers didn’t have much good to say about kettle, but I wanted to give benefit of dout…and after my experience I don’t think I will make any recommendations…

Always a pleasure seeing a lot of people either picking up or eating there. I love their Lox bagel as I get it once in a while but each time is so good, fresh & great quality. Highly recommend!

I been here a few times. Always order the a bagel but tried different varieties. Learned to ask for the bagel to be lightly toasted. So its not burnt. The staff is friendly.

They make it known that if you want yourbagel toasted to select that or it comes untoasted. I asked for toasted and got an untoasted crumbly bagel. For 6.50 I was expecting what I asked for. Not to mention, the hashbrown was burnt and stunk of dirty grease.

Your roasted potatoes are delicious, I've been back for at least three occasions, there's always parking lot available, they take a while with your order in hours of high affluence, but, the wait is worth it,

Should have read recent reviews before visiting. I was in area and wanted a bagel so did a google search and this location came up. To be honest I was fooled by name Kettle, thinking small batch NY style bagels.
I got an everything bagel and basically was sesame bagel, not sure where everything was. I did not ask for toasted but they toasted anyways and it was burnt. Buttered.
$6 for bagel and ice tea (priced too high). On top of that I waited at counter as three girl employees were just chatting to themselves about weekend.
Honestly I would not return.

Had an everything bagel--- I think they forgot the EVERYTHING because all thet was on it was sesame seeds. I had egg, cheese and added tomato and onion which almost cost as much as the bagel. Also bottle of water was $3. Regular size. Big Rip off. Staff not very friendly-- "Won't be back. Fancy Bagels much better!!! Bye Bye now!!
It was OK. Bagel wasn't bad but could've had more inside of it. Nothing bad about my experience, but nothing impressive either.
