So I do like country music. Traveled to Terryville, CT, to see some friends from Nashville play tonight.The food was good. The music was awesome. The place was packed. If you're in the area, stop in. Lots of bands are coming in the next few months check their website.

Happened across this place while driving through CT. The TX state shape on the sign caught our eye; we stopped for a pic and the owner Kevin saw us from his parked truck. It was before lunch, but he invited us in to show us around and meet the staff. Everyone was was so friendly and gracious. This place was more Texas than any place we’ve been to in Texas, andI’m a lifelong Texan. We went back later and had the Dallas melt along with sweet potato fries; both were excellent.
