I ordered a cold brew with sweet cold foam (which not many locations get right). This was my first time at this location, and I had the privilege of being served by a young man named Jaden. Not only was my order done correctly, but he was very courteous and had smiles the whole time and was very polite! It was nice to see in this young generation.

i’ve worked at dunkin’ for 3 years and this store has to be the worst one i’ve worked at by far and it’s ridiculous in my opinion. as an opener, literally had to come in 10 minutes before the store opened (3:50am) BUT wait for the manager to come to let me in or just call the store to have the baker let me in. yes, this store is more slow than the other one down the street but it really shouldn’t be open at this point because it’s not really convenient since it’s in a grocery store parking lot and the speaker to order is RIGHT BY THE ROAD so it’s already hard to order with all the traffic going on. i’ve heard they were moving that specific dunkin to the building next to the car dealership but i don’t know how that’s even gonna work. the new manager there has major favoritism, he always attacked employees via text (group chat) and basically just talks down to them. he seemed nice at first but then his true colors came out. the staff there is mostly girls and have major attitudes for no reason. some of them don’t really even get along so don’t know how their gonna run a store like that. the sandwich station machine are old so half the time you would need to heat something 5 times just to serve it right. don’t recommend going to this store at all!!
Wheelchair accessibility: there is a ramp for wheelchairs! just have to watch out for parking lot because people like to speed in that specific one/area and don’t know how to drive :)))

Everything I order something it's wrong. Done with this place.
Most of the workers are darling and match your energy, yet there is one specific employee i believe her name was “maddie” was absolutely rude to me and my cousin. we had placed a mobile order and when we arrived she looked at us, rolled her eyes looked around for someone else and when another employee wasn’t around came over to us. After we received our food and drinks she slammed the window and walked over to another worker whilst whispering and looking at our car.
To many people joking around, coffee tasted burnt and not made correctly.

This location should be shut down. It's a traffic hazard.

Found mold on our food, when I called to get a refund the person on the phone claimed to be their manager and said they didn’t know how to refund us our money. I will be contacting them again and finding the owner of this fine establishment….I look forward to getting my money back…

The manager here needs to make themselves more available to their employees. Today, the guy working didn't want to give me my latte because there was a glitch with his computer. The coupon didn't work for the latte but it worked for a frozen drink. I showed him the rewards description multiple times so he could see it should work for both and he kept telling me I couldn't use the coupon (after redeeming yet another one). He said he didn't have the managers number when I asked. I got upset and asked is he really serious and he gave me an attitude while handing it to me. He said "If I get fired that's on you." I ignored the comment and asked politely for a straw. He said again "You know if I get fired it's your fault." I asked again if I could please have a straw. He reluctantly handed me one and repeated the same statements about me getting him fired. I don't want to get anyone fired I've worked in this industry for years and it's hard. But this was the worst experience. Management needs to train employees so this doesn't happen again.
Some people in there have no customer service experience. They need to work on it . Or find something else they can do .
Kid-friendliness: There isn’t any in some people .
