One of the best dunkins i go to except some of the kids that go there are always rowdy and that tends to drive people out and some employees make my wifes coffee just the way she likes it but some dont make it right she always gets light and sweet but some employees just give her regular cream and sugar

My boyfriend goes early in the morning as soon as they open on Straights Turnpike, Watertown Ct. The coffee is always excellent. The service there is beyond words and their muffins are so fresh every day you must go there and try their coffee and some donuts.

This is the BEST Dunkin in CT. They remind you why you go there in the first place. The staff is always friendly, my coffee is always perfect, the donuts are fresh and loaded with sprinkles and the food is delicious and made to perfection. I have not had one bad experience. Reminiscent of going to Dunkin as a child before they started skimping on quality. Don't change a thing please

It's dunkin, it's hit or miss, it happens, for the most part though they're pretty good, no matter what I'll take whatever they give me as long as it has caffeine in it lol. I'm not picky and they've always been super sweet and polite which for me matters most

I don't go to this dunkin very often, just sometimes on the weekend. They almost always get SOMETHING wrong with my order. I have gotten a breakfast sandwich with missing components several times. Sometimes they just completely miss something on your order. Drinks are always a mess with coffee dripping down the side and spilling out the top. You really need to dissect your order to make sure everything is right. Today I got a breakfast sandwich and it had 2 eggs patties on it instead of a sausage patty...
