It’s the morning crew….. this one lady who takes the orders for drive through will always mess up the order. For example today we asked for a sandwich on a bagel and we said it twice to her but yet was put down as a croissant. For my drink I asked for the French vanilla and she even asked me if it was the sweetener or just the shot and I told her the sweetener. When I got my coffee she put it down as the shot. We take our time when naming our order because I used to work at Dunkin so I know the stress of trying to get the orders put in fast enough. But it’s every. Single. Time. With this chick. When we got to the window to pay the guy told us our order back and said the sandwich was on a croissant we told him it was supposed to be a bagel. He went back to let them know, we got the sandwich shortly after and it was still in a croissant. When given back to the guy he rolled his eyes at us. I get it working in this industry, we were polite as can be through the whole thing because I know no one is perfect we mess up but. Be more polite.

The door to the inside should be locked went inside waited 10 minutes 6 associates all on the drive thru not one acknowledged there were customers inside even after I asked if they were open she said yep we are i left and wont go back and I may stop others from going in

Wouldn't reccomend coming to this one first thing in the morning, and by first thing i mean 7:30am. 4 days, no I did not make a mistake, that's supposed to say FOUR days, in a row now, my husband's gotten breakfast for me from this specific dunkin. ALL 4 MORNINGS they somehow manage to get the order wrong! It's not that hard, 1 bacon egg cheese croissant and 1 sausage egg cheese croissant......ALL 4 DAYS I GOT 2 BACON EGG AND CHEESE CROISSANTS!!!!! NO SAUS EGG CHEESE CROISSANT. HOW FREAKING HARD IS IT TO GET ORDERS RIGHT THAT ARE THAT EASY?!?! AND FOUR DAYS IN A ROW NONE THE LESS. Are your people illiterate or do they just not give af about their jobs and just give ppl whatever they feel like smfh I'm irritated and pissed bc EVEN WITH the receipt and sandwiches she still charged my husband for a wake up wrap after he went back bc he said he'd eat the 2nd sandwich so it wouldn't get thrown away. IM SORRY WHAT?!?! So not only have y'all messed the order up 4 damn days in a row but now bc he's too Damm nice of a guy, and instead of letting you throw out perfectly good food, y'all charged him for a wake up wrap, WHEN YOUR PPL MESSED UP TO BEGIN WITH?!?! What the actual hell.....worst part is we're here EVERY morning bc we live across the street. I can understand A mess up, but literally 4 Freaking days in a row?! That tells me there's MULTIPLE orders getting messed up daily and given out wrong, but ppl drive off then check their order and by that point they're already down the road and say screw it I'll just deal with it or go to another dunkin. That's just wrong! TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER AND DO BETTER!

Donuts are always fresh and coffee is made well. Breakfast sandwiches are made to perfect temperature. Staff is ok, depending on who's working. Lately there been a few miserable looking people who are there just to do they're jobs, not to make you feel welcomed. The biggest issue with this place is parking. It's located on a very busy street 500 feet before a traffic light, so good luck getting out of the drive through and back onto the road. You can tell the people on the road are fed up with the traffic that this location as caused. Nobody wants to let you in, so you have to wait for a clear opening. If it weren't for the fresh food I wouldn't go here.

One of the best dunkins i go to except some of the kids that go there are always rowdy and that tends to drive people out and some employees make my wifes coffee just the way she likes it but some dont make it right she always gets light and sweet but some employees just give her regular cream and sugar

My boyfriend goes early in the morning as soon as they open on Straights Turnpike, Watertown Ct. The coffee is always excellent. The service there is beyond words and their muffins are so fresh every day you must go there and try their coffee and some donuts.

This is the BEST Dunkin in CT. They remind you why you go there in the first place. The staff is always friendly, my coffee is always perfect, the donuts are fresh and loaded with sprinkles and the food is delicious and made to perfection. I have not had one bad experience. Reminiscent of going to Dunkin as a child before they started skimping on quality. Don't change a thing please
