This is the BEST Dunkin in CT. They remind you why you go there in the first place. The staff is always friendly, my coffee is always perfect, the donuts are fresh and loaded with sprinkles and the food is delicious and made to perfection. I have not had one bad experience. Reminiscent of going to Dunkin as a child before they started skimping on quality. Don't change a thing please

Downloaded yelp just to do this, Service was fast, Everything was burnt BLACK (sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and hashbrowns). More impressed by the state of the building than the food and service. Go here regularly but 9/10 times they have gotten the order wrong or the food was undercooked or overcooked. You are lucky to have everything go correct at this dunkin as even the simplest of things may go wrong. Time to go to the roasted bean or the dunkin a mile down the road.

It's dunkin, it's hit or miss, it happens, for the most part though they're pretty good, no matter what I'll take whatever they give me as long as it has caffeine in it lol. I'm not picky and they've always been super sweet and polite which for me matters most

Since moving to Terryville this is the closest DD that I don't care to go to. Either the food was cold or they messed up the order.

I don't go to this dunkin very often, just sometimes on the weekend. They almost always get SOMETHING wrong with my order. I have gotten a breakfast sandwich with missing components several times. Sometimes they just completely miss something on your order. Drinks are always a mess with coffee dripping down the side and spilling out the top. You really need to dissect your order to make sure everything is right. Today I got a breakfast sandwich and it had 2 eggs patties on it instead of a sausage patty...

My order is always done correctly and I’ve never had a problem here! However, I almost always hear the managers screaming at the employees so I don’t really recommend it as a place to work if you’re looking for a job ? but yeah the employees themselves are always friendly and my order is always completed quickly and correctly!
