I ordered 2 smoothies. One small and one medium. Both cups had the same amount of smoothie yet I got charged for a medium even though both would fit in a small cup. I ordered it through the app and I was suppose to get a free small fry with my meal but they charged me for the fries. The workers where very nice but nothing they could do about it. I would like my money back or a free meal next time I go there. That's if I ever go back

Forgot one Filet O'fish;I went today , 5/4/25,Not the first time that I went thru the drive thru but once I got home found my order incomplete! No filet-o-fish, but had the rest of the order ok. This is why walking in to order is your best bet at this specific McDonalds. They gave no receipt, either.

I ordered a sandwich and they put stuff that I did not want on there and I have asked for this at other McDonald’s with no problems but this one is very bad and rude.

I ordered 3 McChickens with just cheese and mayo, and 2 large fry’s. Not only was there no mayo on them but there was lettuce and I only got one of my large fry’s. If you can’t get a McDonalds order right, you shouldn’t be employed period. They got too many young people working there so I imagine that’s the number one problem.

Went for dinner, then breakfast next day.Best McDonalds ever and I've tasted a lot in my day! Food was hot, fresh & very good. Iced coffee & hot coffee made to specifications. Order takers & servers very pleasant. Thumbs up!

Food is incorrect, because children are working there. After you repeat your order numerous times, they still messed it up. I recorded myself on the drive-through. Hate pickles would never say pickles, and so extra pickles.

My sandwich was incorrect not one but twice. I’m glad to have learned this valuable lesson as to not order from this business during evening hours. I know it’s not the cashiers fault but she could’ve had a better attitude and understanding of the situation. I will never be back to such an unprofessional unpleasant as this McDonald’s!
