They came out with our order. Then had to grab the other they missed... never came back... had to go thru drive thru to ask for it.

Used to be my go to lately service is iffy if you go on a weekday it’s good but at night it’s been shaky. I was at the 1st window for about 10 minutes two people were talking and laughing not even paying attention to the customers I drove up to the next window to get my food and was greeted by a rude customer who had zero skills I had said can you pass me the coffee I was in the car with someone with a severe allergy and she was handling chocolate products with the coffees she said we didn’t even have any coffee I just had to make you a fresh pot like ok? Isn’t that your job? Then she said are you going to pay for your food as if I was trying to avoid payment when the people at the first window were too busy canoodling to take payment…

The prices have gotten out of hand. I only go there as a last resort now but it's still fast food. It is what it is. I still like their filet of fish sandwich and cheeseburgers. When you get that craving you just got to go.

Wether mobile order ..drive thru or walking in...slowest service I have ever have and I've been coming here 8 years. Fix this ..you have under a 4 rating and you do nothing

I ordered 2 smoothies. One small and one medium. Both cups had the same amount of smoothie yet I got charged for a medium even though both would fit in a small cup. I ordered it through the app and I was suppose to get a free small fry with my meal but they charged me for the fries. The workers where very nice but nothing they could do about it. I would like my money back or a free meal next time I go there. That's if I ever go back

Forgot one Filet O'fish;I went today , 5/4/25,Not the first time that I went thru the drive thru but once I got home found my order incomplete! No filet-o-fish, but had the rest of the order ok. This is why walking in to order is your best bet at this specific McDonalds. They gave no receipt, either.
