I was not a MacDonald's fan for a long time for a number of reasons but I have become one again thanks to this location. The quality of service here is exceptional. I always look forward to my visits here.
Clean bright excellent service and the perfect spot for a casual 10 yr old birthday party - when they heard everyone singing happy bday w a candle in the McFlurry one of the employees came over and offered the bday boy anything he wanted on menu on the house.Super nice.

Out of the few McDonald's around where I live, this one is my favorite. They seem to be a lot more efficient and timely.
Never again, McDonald's. Yet another time when I had to eat everyone's food because I refused to throw it away. This was our third negative experience at this particular McDonald's. Lesson learned as they're never "busy" at this location.Dietary restrictions: How many times do I have to say that she's allergic to dairy before you listen to me say "no cheese"... honestly. I do not recommend this location.

PLEASE listen to this review! 85% of the time I come down my burgers are undercooked SOMEHOW. Mcchickens are wrinkly like they have been sitting outside of the heaters or they are at the wrong temp, I dont wanna walk in and say “can you cook my food all the way”? Excellent service however they seem to he in an acceptable rush when there are no cars behind me… I really don’t wanna come off as a karen, but take your time, I just never go anymore because it just doesn’t taste as good as other locations and I cant justify 25 minute drive to bristol to get mcdonalds. Upper management needs to do a corporate day because something is wrong and I genuinely feel this way and went out of my way to write a review that is harsh but at least constructive because I wanna go to mcdonalds again :( <— real sad face. The food we got was fine and delivered quickly but, although I went inside, everything was wrong and two things were missing. I called and spoke to the shift manager who suggested I come back...14 minutes away. When their prices were cheap I would not have called but for what they are charging it is crazy to not get what you order. I was missing two sandwiches and the other two were wrong.

A few friends and I got food through the drive through at 10pm. It was a few combo meals as well as two mcflurries. Unfortunately my meal was missing the Big Mac that I ordered. There was no replacement or anything else inside the bag but everything was there.I feel worse about the money I spent more than missing out on the food. Should have checked the bags before leaving.

Just got to say it's the first time in a long time than an employee at McDonald's went beyond to help out. His name was Connor from drive-thru, very polite and took his job serious I sure hope the management team at McDonald's realizes when they have a good employee cuz they're hard to find these
