Recently visited Watercure Farm Distillery, nestled at the historic entrance of Gwyn Careg Estate in Pomfret, CT. This charming spot is Connecticut’s first farm distillery, a title well-deserved. They fully embrace the ‘Farm to Flask’ philosophy, sourcing all ingredients locally, which is evident in the quality of their spirits. I had the pleasure of trying their Apple Spice Flavored Rum, a delightful blend perfect for the holiday season, mixed with apple cider and cinnamon....
