Although I enjoy your coffee. I was very disappointed when I returned with 2 large cups to inform the management that the cups were leaking. Her response was we know!!!!...We weren't even offered another cup. Why are you selling a product that you know is defective.
I work at the Pomfret Baker’s Dozen, so I’ve had my fair share of coffee — but my visit to the Chaplin location absolutely blew me away! The coffee was perfect (hands down the best I’ve ever had), and the manager at the window made it with such care. Friendly service, smooth coffee, and the kind of attention to detail that makes you want to come back every day. Great job, Chaplin team! ☕👏

A hidden gem 💎! Must stop and visit, we had coffee and donut and absolutely delicious! A must stop and visit spot added to my list. The bakery is beautiful & charming. Everything looked so delicious I enjoyed coffee and 🍩 donut. Thank you!! 😊 we will be back.

The Gales Ferry team is absolutely amazing! Everyone is so friendly, and the coffee is consistently delicious. I love letting the staff surprise me with how they make my coffee — and it never disappoints. Thank you all for always starting my day off right (and yes, sometimes I even come back for a second cup because it’s just that good!).
Busy shop, but worth it for the coffee and donuts.
