I usually don't leave reviews but this dunkin is one of the worst. I use the drive thru pay for my order and they tell me to come in, I go in to get my food and end up waiting another 10 minutes. The food was cold and I was missing a drink. The lady says I didn't order a drink. I didn't want to wait another 10 minutes so I left

Drive thru Kay tried helping me with Dunkin app . Unfortunately it would take a lot more time due to having to install app . I thanked her and ended conversation when a car came in behind me . It's about all of us not just me . She provided 100% customer service . Nice when people care about each other . Today Monday 8/19/24 Wow , I really hate the app . It's confusing and Mondays are 100 points as a bonus and free coffee with purchase for 14 days the app kept charging me for the coffee . Aliyah knows the app and how to navigate it . Thank God ? ? otherwise Today would have been my last day going there .

Used to be my Dunkin not anymore they have doped up staff members working waiting ten minutes with a empty drive through one worker especially leans forwards and just drools in my coffee taking ten minutes just to make a coffee only for it to be not even what I ordered staff is extremely rude this manager needs to be looked at this is not how you treat your customers

please stirred my coffee because they don't do stirring on coffee and is always an issue and an attitude at this store when you asked them like to stirred your drink ..like lmao...you're getting paid right?? West Main location doesn't carry stick donuts anymore and the sell egg products but do not have ketchup. My friend ordered egg taco and it was brown (overcooked) and couldn't find the veggies advertised. Would have returned it but we were on a schedule.
