I got a coffee from this Dunkin and when I was done with it I dumped it out and this came out of it🤢 that is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary nevermind if there was blood on it if they had a cut or something..I am completely disgusted! I work in the food industry and have for 11years and this is exactly why they don’t allow fake nails! Do better employees and management at this Dunkin🤢

These workers are nice people, but really needs to slow down and listen to orders.. specifically the morning crew. Two days in a row our coffees have not been what we actually ordered. Many days previously too but we are just over it today being two days in a row. Then yesterday I go back to have it fixed because it’s over a 4 freaking dollar coffee and still it’s not right when I went back they put loads of granulated sugar in it. You can just tell they rush you on the speaker and don’t actually listen thoroughly in the morning. I did not order sugar the first or the second time. Specifically said cream only, today my partner ordered regular cream for his and there’s no cream in his and 5 heaping spoons full of sugar in mine which was not asked for! He’s tips them everytime too. Sugar is something you rlly need to pay attention too some people are diabetics.

This dunkins is really nice. The employees are great and the prices are much better than buying dunkins inside foxwoods. A MUST stop before and after foxwoods for cheaper treats and coffee.
Worst Dunkin around. Can’t keep employees.. Serves the wrong coffees almost every time they send one out it’s sent back. They put mocha Vanilla and Carmel swirl in my diabetic son’s coffee when that’s nowhere near what was ordered. Just a large ice coffee!!! Mine oh no worries just 124 sugars and no cream. Yum! Sounds delish right?. Employees and manager are so rude to customers and just don’t care. That place won’t stay open for long.

Well, I love going here because they’re the one place that I have the vanilla cream donut… I did a mobile order with cream and sugar and there was no cream and no sugar! Of course I was just recently. Never had a problem in the past. Was good every other time.
