Strawberry Park Grill & Creamery

Every year my family & I come to Strawberry Park and have always loved it. This year, will be our last year here. VERY disappointing experience. I will start with the least disappointing aspects, every day we lost water four at least 2hrs each morning. The jacuzzi tub on day one was the temperature of the pools because they ran out of propane and then on day two both jacuzzis were closed for an extended period of time, and then on day two the jets stopped working.

Not the best experience this time around. The park has so many rude workers, we didn’t have any water in our units, the jacuzzi was cold, one didn’t work. The arcade, a dump. The bathrooms, gross. Not very pleasant. And when the park isn’t pleasant you’d think the service would be good and they certainly weren’t. They made it seem like they didn’t enjoy the guess that we’re here. I’ll spend my 5k elsewhere.

They were so hard on trying to crack down e-bikes that they didn’t enforce any other rule, not smoking, speeding golf carts, underage/people under influence driving golf carts, trash pick ups, child abandonment, the list goes on. Oh and the pools and hot tubs are “cleaned and monitored daily”, yet they can’t show proof, there are floating balls of hair in the pool and film on water.
