Don't get me wrong, I love my Baker's Dozen. I don't know if this location has new people working or what, but it isn't good. I've had a few bad experiences now.
A few weeks ago I ordered a fatboy breakfast sandwich. It was missing the hashbrown... okay... then, there was a used glove and napkin in my bag! ew...
Today My latte was super weak, like they forgot to add a shot. I will definitely be going to the Brooklyn or other Putnam location from now on...
Service is always great, and fast wherever I go. But, the used glove was gross!

This bakers dozen 10/10 surpasses the bakers dozen near price chopper. Hands down blows them and Dunkin right out of the water. As far as employees, Kylee and Madi are non arguably two of the top tier employees there. Excellent attitudes, beautiful smiles and a good way to start the day. Service is phenomenal, The food is always made properly to order and if your stuck on a new coffee flavor or want something different, they have Some crazy delicious ideas the can hep you conjure up. They for sure have my business at least every day

The girl at the window tried overcharging me $7.13 for a turkey cheddar flatbread which I get no bacon on it and only chipotle sauce on the side which is always $5.52 .. who would pay $7.13 for just a turkey cheddar flatbread with barely anything ever on it? She tried arguing with me saying that 7.13 is the right price which sounds insane for such a small sandwich especially since I always request with no bacon. Watch your prices on the stuff you get here because they like to overcharge

I drove out 20 minutes because I wanted a sandwich, the two girls sat there and giggled for like 5 minutes making my sandwich. I get home and its wrong, I can't even eat what they gave me. Atleast my drink is half right

I found it by accident. I stopped in to get a coffee. OMG it was great. The coffee was fresh, hot and just a robust flavor. The donuts were fresh and homemade, not the mass produced flavor of others. The donuts are a good size. i need to return. I highly recommend it.

First time visiting here after hearing about these “donut kits” and what a great idea it was! My kiddos loved it, super cheap and it got us out of the house for a bit and a fun activity we got to eat! Even better! I’m 100% a Dunkins girl (French vanilla xx) and hands down, the ice coffee i received today was the best i ever had. Driving 25 minutes was totally worth it. Shoutout to Desiree who served us with a big, comforting smile💕 y’all go get some donuts an ice coffee!
