This was my second trip and the breakfast was awesome! Three eggs over easy, bacon extra crispy, hash browns the same and white toast no butter.. eggs cooks perfect as was the bacon and hash browns.Only complaint was the waitress never bothered to come by and ask if everything was good.. I had to flag her down for a water refill and that was when she asked but by then I was finished. I will alway ding a place when service isn’t up to par. And it wasn’t busy at all at the time I was there.
Definitely a must go to place staff is amazing. They're very quick at getting you in and to a table food 100% on par.

Best breakfast in Putnam. Sometimes they are very busy ( like Sunday mornings) but the prices are right and they have dozens of freshly baked muffins and breads.
Never had a bad breakfast. The pancakes are a family favorite. It was nice to see the prices come down (a little) when eggs became more reasonable. I don't usually like to spend money eating breakfast out, but Bill's is always a nice treat.

Absolutely disgusting!! As soon as we sat down, our server was coughing everywhere. At the table behind the bar, at the coffee machine, etc.. Didn't even touch our drinks, just left a few dollars and walked out. The manager should've known better than to let this woman work. We should've called the health department...
