Waiting for 15 min in lobby to order there rude ass staff standing there with there thumbs up there ass doing nothing never came over to take my order going to Wendy's across the street better food and custom service with all the negative reviews this place gets on staff you would think the higher ups would fix this or at least apologize for hiring idiots to run/work for there business

I’ve come here quite a bit and it’s never really been an issue. I went through drive thru at roughly 10:15 the girl wasn’t friendly taking our order. We sat at the window roughly 8 minutes never got greeted while the two young girls one with brown and blue hair that wasn’t tied back and the other with brown hair with a good amount of piercings and necklaces. They were extremely busy dancing and goofing around to actually work. And then we were treated very poorly, all in all bad experience

Literally the worst Burger King no one here know’s how to do their job every time I’ve been here theyve messed up my order or made me wait up to 20 minutes for one simple item also everyone here looks and acts like they’re strung out would not recommend will not be back

Worst Burger King I’ve ever been into. Looks nice and new, then you go inside. I thought I’d order Croissant and sit down. Every table and seat were so dirty, I mean sickening dirty, left over food, smears. I finally found a small place to sit. I hope I don’t get sick. When leaving, the doors were so dirty with prints and smears I couldn’t hardly see out. The handles were sticky. I’ll never be back, Burger King needs to step in and see what’s up with this location.

UPDATE: i see all the bad reviews and my close friend just got hospitalized for food poisoning for the sake of the good people of putnam please shut this place down

got sick here about 2 times just straight threw up and gave me stomach ulcers place either isnt clean or the food isn't being made well

i dont eat here ever since getting sick, but when i do doordash the place takes about 5-10 minutes past the pick up time window and then i have to tell doordash its not my fault while risking myself of losing out on tips this place has sucked ever since its open

pictured below is my wait time just today on their time past making an order, i work in the food industry none of this is acceptable

My son and I went inside the building on Wednesday August 28,2024 between 5-6pm. Not one person behind the counter even noticed we walked in and up to the counter to order. All they had to do was say hello I will be with you in a minute sorry for the wait. I waited about 10 minutes without being noticed and walked out and took my business elsewhere. They had maybe 4 cars in the drive threw they weren't even that busy. Mean while they had one employee leaning against the wall near the food prep station. If that were my employee they would have been told to do something. Manager does not know how to run his crew.

This store would be better suited as an empty building.....ordered 57.00 worth of food through the app for delivery and got less than half of what I ordered. Drove 20 minutes to the store only to be refused service on the food I was shorted and be told by the unprofessional, ignorant, downright nasty "manager". She told me she "knew what i ordered" and refused to look at the receipt I had emailed to me from my app order to prove what i in fact paid for. This store is absolutely ridiculous, and their management is very rude, and honestly nasty people. You can clearly see the food I got compared to what I ordered. And of course when calling the company you get no answer. Would love to give negative stars but can't. Now to sit down and eat half of my order which is ICE COLD as of now.

Had a double cheeseburger and a small drink. I don't know what the person who made the burgers that day was thinking, but she was mustard happy. Yikes! I didn't ask for extra anything, but got way too much mustard.

Stay far away was in the drive through for 30 minutes waiting in line and there was only 2 cars in front of me. Piss poor attitude from the employees and management doesn’t care what they do. They need to seriously fix this place.
