Very upset. Came through the drive thru today and orders three hashbrowns, a muffin and a donut. The hash browns were cold and looked like someone shredded them. Not just one order of them but all three orders. This is very disappointing. Almost 2 dollar per bag of hash browns just to be cold, undercooked and shredded is absolutely insane. Do better.

Hot Chocolate was watery no flavor Coffee was too sweet supposed to be 1 sugar. Didn't taste like coffee at all. Associate was new though. We threw both away.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and DAMN you guys are stingy as hell with the cream cheese. Staff buy it themselves? I basically ate a plain bagel. I ate the bagel out of spite and anger

When I asked for my bagel to be cut the way I ordered it the person working the food prep station got a wicked pissed off attitude!My first time here and my last!

Damian is the best!!! He has been giving me my coffees for a few years now and he always comes through for me!!! Very professional and the best service I have ever received from a Dunkin!!! EDIT: My dedicated worker Damian no longer works there but Ashley and Kaya both have taken up the hammer and really keep this place above the rest of the Dunkins. Nice work girls!!!
