Compared to the other nearby locations this one is always crowded. The drive thru is always slow, but the service is accurate and the staff is always friendly and upbeat! They put the hole in DoNUT. Thanks Dunkin ❤️

Not enough people working. Really crowded. The 3 people that were working were very nice. One at the register, one at the drive thru and one person cooking. Hats off to them for keeping their cool.

Extremely slow service. All I ever do is wait in line at this dunkin. They also do not know their menu at all. I spent 10 minutes trying to tell the employee how to make a simple coffee and she still did not understand. I will not be coming back to this location.

Drive thru, XL Black half a scoop of ice, they're almost getting it right. I hate burning my mouth. Had to train Brooklyn, then Dayville, now Putman hopes this job location lasts a while! Best thing is that the line moves quickly in Putnam!

I recently moved to Putnam, CT and have been going to this Dunkin nearly every day for the last 3 months. I have to say...I've never had a bad coffee or experience! Always great coffee and the staff is really nice. The only thing is that the service is slow-paced, but it is so worth the wait! Just give yourself an extra few minutes to go here if you're in a hurry!

Went inside to get an iced coffee, there was 1 young lady waiting on the drive thru. Several mins later a young man comes inside with a hard set on, completely ignores me as he walks by and starts taking drive thru orders!!!! Needless to say, I got no iced coffee. Rudest, most ignorant staff I’ve ever ran into. If I ever did my job in this manner, I’d have been fired and deserved it. Visited 9/14/24 @ 5:30 ish pm

Overall not a bad experience, however there's room for improvement. 1. Food took more time than expected for "fast food" . 2. Store could have been better cleaned. 3. I was offended that there was an intoxicated person at a table. NO ONE ASKED IF THEY WERE OK! Employees seemed to ignore the situation. Dunkin please do better!

I base my Dunkin rating on the individual locations, not the brand itself. People know what they're getting as far as the food and drinks.I did a walk in order ahead on a Saturday afternoon. Order ahead is my go to at this point to avoid waiting around for coffees to be made. The total time from ordering through the app to picking it up was almost 10 minutes.There was a decent amount of parking, a public bathroom, and not much seating for the rest of the review.
