I ordered a mobile order one morning and still got my coffee wrong. It didn’t have coconut in it, which is an extremely distinctive taste. Poor service. REALLY REALLY bad management. I asked if they could remake it and I got an attitude.

This location always takes forever and the staff have a bad attitude. When I got there, 3 cars left the line from taking too long to take their order. Waited 20 minutes behind 2 cars. Coffees weren't even good.

Got yet another BAD drink here the other day. Coffee in the drink was either burned or four days old. I love donuts and I don’t think I have gotten a fresh one here in over a year. In the Putnam CT area, I would suggest Bakers Dozen. Drinks are always good, and the food is FRESH. This location is hurting the Dunkin brand.

Coffee is horrible. They don't care about the quality of coffee they serve. Tastes like old burned coffee that's been sitting for a while with hot water added to it. If you are paying 4 dollars for a cup of coffee you should receive freshly made quality coffee not toilet water. Poor customer service at this place.

I just drove thru for 4 bacon egg and cheese wake up wraps and get home with no bacon in any of them.
It’s so frustrating when the cost of the food is essentially for that and the egg. So like run me $5 back.
Went today around 10:40am and it was quite busy. Their mic was down so we had to drive up to the window to order- no big deal. I watched people walking inside also to order. Again, they were pretty busy!! The 3 employees, a gentleman and 2 women were hustling in there under pressure.. All with smiles and a great attitude! In a world where customer service is hard to find they proved otherwise. Gotta give credit where it’s due! My coffee was perfect and son loves his refresher. Ty!
