I always hear bad stuff about this Dunkin and I don’t go often. Of course the one time I go a third of my coffee spills into my cupholder because there’s a hole in it. My hashbrowns were overcooked completely. And my grilled cheese was undercooked and soggy

It should not take almost 20 minutes to get a coffee and a doughnut. Especially when they hand you the donut immediately and you have to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait for a cup of coffee. At this point I prefer honeydew

Today is Sunday 2/16/2025. At 2:25 I had a door dash order at this store. And I waited for 30 minutes but they didn't make it for me. Only made it for others who came later. I asked them how long I have to wait and they didn't answer. They just made other orders. And when there were no orders I didn't see them anymore. When I canceled the order I saw them put my order on the table. They intentionally made me wait so I couldn't do my job. What a terrible experience. Maybe they saw that I was Asian so they did that. They are a bunch of jerks.

Coffee always tastes freshly brewed and delicious! Employees are helpful, kind, and accommodating! Always a quick trip through the drive thru. Donuts are generously and professionally frosted. The festive sprinkles and bag were a nice bonus! Can't wait for my next Dunkin' trip! Like our gnomes, we're huge Dunkin' fans. 🍩 ☕️ 🩷 🧡 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered a mobile order one morning and still got my coffee wrong. It didn’t have coconut in it, which is an extremely distinctive taste. Poor service. REALLY REALLY bad management. I asked if they could remake it and I got an attitude.
This is my emergency pit-stop! Rest room is adjacent to the entrance!

This location always takes forever and the staff have a bad attitude. When I got there, 3 cars left the line from taking too long to take their order. Waited 20 minutes behind 2 cars. Coffees weren't even good.

Got yet another BAD drink here the other day. Coffee in the drink was either burned or four days old. I love donuts and I don’t think I have gotten a fresh one here in over a year. In the Putnam CT area, I would suggest Bakers Dozen. Drinks are always good, and the food is FRESH. This location is hurting the Dunkin brand.
