It should not take almost 20 minutes to get a coffee and a doughnut. Especially when they hand you the donut immediately and you have to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait for a cup of coffee. At this point I prefer honeydew

Coffee always tastes freshly brewed and delicious! Employees are helpful, kind, and accommodating! Always a quick trip through the drive thru. Donuts are generously and professionally frosted. The festive sprinkles and bag were a nice bonus! Can't wait for my next Dunkin' trip! Like our gnomes, we're huge Dunkin' fans. 🍩 ☕️ 🩷 🧡

Went today around 10:40am and it was quite busy. Their mic was down so we had to drive up to the window to order- no big deal. I watched people walking inside also to order. Again, they were pretty busy!! The 3 employees, a gentleman and 2 women were hustling in there under pressure.. All with smiles and a great attitude! In a world where customer service is hard to find they proved otherwise. Gotta give credit where it’s due! My coffee was perfect and son loves his refresher....
