Just left the diner 7/21/25 waited for a grilled cheese fries two ny wieners and a fry that took over a half hour and the food was horrible ! Fries were even a inch long the place should never call those wieners ny wieners , grew up in RI and have eaten my fair share of wieners . Will not be going back!, definite thumbs down

I just had breakfast at Henry's Diner. My friends have been raving about it. I took my pup to WAGS to WHISKERS right down the street from Henry's and decided to give it a shot. Omg, I was so pleasantly surprised to see my friend Tammy is now the present owner ❤️ I met Joe the chef and have to say I ordered the best Irish omelette i ever had. Im a bit of a corned beef Hash snob. I cant say enough about this Hash. Its a St Patty's dinner rolled up into a omellette. The homemade Hash is incredible. I will be having breakfast there regularly. Thank you Henry's Diner Tammy and Joe ❣️

I love going to Henry’s for a quick bite, super prompt and friendly service. It’s been my go-to spot for over a year. Getting takeout, however, is a mixed bag. Sometimes the order is not ready by the time they estimate, sometimes it is done much sooner and my meal is very soggy. As a gluten-free eater, I get very frustrated when my sandwich is all soggy and undercooked, as the bread disintegrates and the sandwich cannot be eaten. Previous management was very understanding of this and offered a refund when the meal was inedible. I will continue to visit Henry’s in the future, but probably only to dine-in.

stopped by Henry's today for a quick lunch. We are aware the restaurant changed owners. The New England Clam chowder was so delicious, but i guess a new recipe was introduced. Too much dill or lemon as the soup was tart ( my opinion). The clam cakes were very good. The interior is getting paint and the help was cleaning counters as we ate. wish them well in the transition of ownership.

Decided to give this place a second shot on 6/19/25 with the 4 years I have lived in Putnam and with new owners thinking maybe things changed but apparently not! Got a family meal deal this evening and totally disappointed! Why is it every single time I get a pizza the bottom is BURNT!?! C'mon guys seriously! Pasta sauce is way to spicy the kids would not touch it! The mac & cheese or whatever that was, really!?! $33 thrown in the dumpster yet once again and yet once again off to McDonald's we go! I will not return a 3rd time! Pictures in comments! It will not let me change my "recommendation" but I definitely DON'T!

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Hubby had Eggs Benedict, and I had a Western omelet. We met one of the new owners, Tammy. Wonderful lady. Our servers, Aiden and Leah, always greet us with a smile (and coffee). We am very happy for Dave & Dale on their retirement, but we miss their smiling faces too.
The food is always fresh and tastes good. John is a fantastic cook.

Charge me $3.50 for a bottled soda. And they were supposed to have a ceramic mug available because I called ahead, and when I got there they said no they don't sell them. I just could not see waiting around the place. So I paid for my soda and left.

Steak was tougher than I would expect. Hash had an odd choice in seasoning. The staff was nice.
