Made an online order got notified that the order was ready went inside to learn it wasn't ready I asked a young lady (redhead) rude young'en gave me an attitude to watch her put my order in a taco bell bag so I thought it was someone else's order after waiting patiently for 10-15 minutes the same young redhead rude girl gave me an order that I watched her put in the online order section with an attitude when I asked her why didn't she just give me the order the first time? Unbelievable that this store has no structure or supervision to lead the youths in appropiate customer service 🤔

Ordered online at 8:20pm..Pickup confirmed for 8:40pm..Arrived at 8:30pm knowing we would have to wait while watching the meter on the app that shows the progress of your order..It Never moved to ready for pickup until 8:40pm..We pulled up to the order sign,gave our info and told to pull up to the window where he will give us our soda but have to wait 3 minutes while they fry tenders..No problem..We get our soda and asked to pull up by the door and wait..The Whole time from arrival to sitting and waiting only a few cars arrived including one coming through the drive through behind us..We were getting worried that they Forgot us When Finally at 9:01pm a guy brought out our food, said Sorry for the Wait, Have a good night..Over 20 Minutes for Tiny Tenders.. For What You Pay for this Stuff,The chicken tenders were Dry and Small and Just Not That Good...

Closes location to home but unfortunately would rather drive further. Chicken is always dry and stale like it’s been sitting out. You can tell that it’s been fried in dirty oil from the color and the oil weighs heavy on the skin of the chicken. Never had an issue with service but the quality of food isn’t worth your money.
