Wait through drivethrew check order all food looks like it’s there. Go home kids happy meal 7 fries not even in a holder just thrown into the bottom, large fries 1/2 full. Customer service > speed. Just stop being so sloppy, it’s literally something every time, missing food, crap food, no sauce, wrong order, 1/2 an order. I only gave service a 2 because when I drove back the lady offered to make it right and give us more fries we declined.

I would not eat at this McDonald's. The employees can not properly dry their hands in the bathroom. They only have a air dryer in the bathroom and it is proven that air dryers add more bacteria to you hands than washing them removes. This McDonald's would fail a health inspection for that reason! I would never eat here.

I've put several orders in through app, and given plenty of time to get there and get my order ready. When I get there order is still not ready and they have to tell me to pull over in the parking area to wait another 15mins till ready. And then still get order wrong. So I gave up on the app I figured I would give them another chance to just order in person. It was even worse couldn't get my order right, gave me a medium sprite, I said I ordered a large. I repeated my order and they said oh wait you did order a large. But nothing is ready told me to go park and wait as I'm pulling out car parked in front of me waiting and car behind me waiting to pull up. They say wait we have your order. I said I cant back up ill just go park and just bring it out to me, response back was okay sounds good, we will bring it to you. Waited for 10-15mins in parking spot and ended up walking in because I was so fed up. They used to be so good at service!

The service here is always awful, food always gets made wrong or not completed. Tonight we ordered food and our sprites just tasted and smelled like straight cleaning supplies. This location is going to make people sick if they keep doing that.

Alexis has excellent customer service!! Also women cashing us out was very nice I didn’t get her name but very hard to find good customer service nowadays upper management needs to take note 🤗

I tried multiple times to give this place a chance, multiple times orders missing items, no sauce or ketchup when request have to always ask again, sodas wrong. Etc etc, you literally order twice and always have to check your bag. Today was the last straw now I have to leave a garbage review sorry but yall did this yourself, not only did they forget a burger which I called them out on in the drivethrew, but they didn’t even put the toy in my kids happy meal. $20 an hour and can’t even read the screen to see what items need to be in the bag. Charge me $17 for items that used to cost $11 and can’t even make sure it’s right or my kid gets her toy.

Went through the drive through around 10am November 1st 2025. Guy working the window was drugged out of his mind and could barely talk or even keep his eyes open. Then paid for two steak egg and cheese bagel meals, just to get everything but the actual steak. Dont bother going here. If you want fast food might as well hit Burger King across the way
