I give them the benefit of the doubt whenever they get my order wrong, but at this point it’s ridiculous. Once again they got my order wrong. It’s not that hard to read what I want and don’t want on my orders.

Why is there a repeated high pitched whistle going off all the time. Can’t stand for autistic child to be in the playscape. This can surely be replaced by a more pleasant, less shrill sound.

Horrible. Used the app like we always do in Plainfield and the people here in Putnam are obviously clueless. Used the app and chose to pick up at drive thru like always. They said,well you have to hit the option telling us you are here. My lord. What's the point of using your app ? If I was already there,I'd use the dam drive thru to order and not the app. I understand why everyone says Putnam McDonald's sucks.

If you have a child that has autism this place is not for you my son became unruly and I had to restrain him as he was hitting and kicking and instead of keeping their nose out of it they call the cops on me too bad they don't have a leg to stand on the lucky I don't come after them for defamation or character

The food was ok, McDonald's. The service was very friendly. The floors all through the customer areas, not only the kitchen was so greasy, we wre sliding our feet around the place and tables were not cleaned. Have to clean your own table from the customer before. Thank God that was puddles from rain to rinse our shoes off after. Maybe an off day, only been there once.
