Turkey is of embarrassing quality. Slimy and inedible. Every single time. Done with ordering from this place.

Despite multiple attempts, I'm finally giving up.There is always at least one thing off here. Sometimes the food isn't very good. Sometimes the restaurant is dirty. Sometimes it takes forever for food to come out...but there's always something.Way too inconsistent for me to try again.

Waited 25 mins for a small fry while I was standing there watching the fries get cold. Two young lates talked more than go there prefers done. They had 6 orders to do and we’re having a better time talking them getting stuff done.

same price as subway with 400x the meat and veggies. always 10min when i call for lunch and always great. needs to change phone number on google though, its on the new menu.Parking: one way parking, can fit my truck there easily, i could see it being an issue during lunch rush. One way parking is going into town, toward 395 and public town building.

Little hole in the wall sandwich shop that does it right.Great value for great food.It may take a couple extra minutes to get your food but worth the wait.

On our way to a hike in Thompson, we stopped by for a couple of sandwiches. We usually frequent Renee's Bistro, but they were closed on Sunday. There was plenty of street parking since it was Sunday and three people waiting inside when I arrived. We ordered a couple of simple deli sandwiches with cheese, lettuce and mayo, figuring those would be fast and easy. As I walked over to a table, I noticed that some of the chairs were still on top of their respective tables, and the floor was sticky. I hate sticky floors, and then recalled they were sticky the last time I came here, perhaps a year ago. But my order was in and paid for, so I grabbed a seat. After 10 minutes, I went outside for a few minutes. The three people who were waiting upon my arrival, were still there. Two more had arrived a moment earlier. Five more minutes elapsed, and I peaked inside and noticed nothing had changed. I was in a deli time warp! After a generous 20 minutes, our two sandwiches were ready. They were large, the rolls were soft, they were pretty good. That said, Uptown could benefit from some improved throughput, and a good floor cleaner!

Was in CT, driving back home to RI, and decided to make a stop at Uptown Sandwiches. The menu was extensive and everything sounded amazing. My husband and I decided to get their nachos which were on special, the pilgrim (thanksgiving) sandwich, and a steak and cheese sandwich. I'll start by saying, we're big fans of nachos and these exceeded our expectations and could possibly be one of the best we've had. Smothered in toppings and still having the perfect amount of crunch! Unheard of. Usually you would get loaded nachos with soggy chips. Not these! Regarding the sandwiches, you could tell everything was freshly made down to the bread. Also, these sandwiches weren't like your typical chain restaurant serving. They were loaded with meats and toppings! Not only did we have lunch for today, but will for tomorrow as well.Thank you Uptown! We love supporting small businesses, especially when they're serving up some good stuff. We will definitely be back!

Visited for the first time and ordered the roast beef special. It took 25 minutes to come out, asked for it to not be toasted, came out toasted and without banana peppers (which were listed as what it came with on the menu). The floor was extremely sticky. Really wanted to like this place.

I go here regularly, and I always get quality food with a smile. Be sure to ask for a side of cherry pepper relish if you like a little heat!

Very friendly staff. Overall pleased with our meals. Wasn't out of this world, but was very good. I got a steak bomb sandwich; girlfriend got a roast beef sandwich. Fries were very good. I think the prices were a tiny bit high in comparison to the size of the sandwiches (we got smalls), but that might be typical for this area in the city. Menu has a great selection. Wouldn't mind going again.

My Caeser wrap was delicious. The meatball grinder was done well and yummy. Onion rings were ok. Alot of breading on them .
