Every time I go here, there's something wrong with my order. I ordered a ten piece, I get 6 chicken nuggets. I ask for ranch, nothing... I want a cheeseburger I get a mcdouble.

Poor customer service, store was disgusting, soda machine ,was leaking a thick yellow liquid that was dripping into our drink. Finally got our ord&_er get home and fries were cold & the baconators only had 1 piece of meat on them.. will never go back !!!!

i’ve always enjoyed coming into this wendy’s, however i’ve noticed a few issues the past few times i’ve come in. the co workers seem to be struggling possibly understaffed, leading to costumers waiting 10-15 min for their food; ive noticed one specific worker is constantly being asked to do his job and he’s always looking at his phone putting other workers behind due to not having meat ready (i believe i’ve heard the other workers call him elijah). i would like to end this by saying i enjoy the service and the food but there is much room for improvement.

About as good as it gets for fast food. Ate many late suppers here in the 90s when I was in college. Went a few times recently, still good. The AI at drive thru works good, too.

Ordered a Wednesday meal Through DoorDash My bag was sealed I Spend extra on the sauce and got no sauce Like that’s the entire point of ordering this meal My frosty did not come with a sticker on. It did not come sealed up Meaning anyone could have tampered with it. This location seems to be constantly struggling with something Whether I go in person or I’m DoorDashing the food.

Ordered a Jr baconator ,4 buffalo nuggets and a baconator fries. Nuggets didn't seem like they were fried completely and was ice cold. Bacon was not cooked enough ,and not chopped up. Fries were soggy and cold. And the bacon on the burger was totally not cooked enough.

Every time I go inside this Wendy’s I am met with appalling service. I went in with my family today and was met with a rude, unprofessional employee up front. I believe her name was Jade, with the black hair, glasses and some tattoos. She gave attitude the whole time taking our order, rolling her eyes and just giving a general bad vibe. When we told her she wrongly charged us for something, she rolled her eyes again and kept repeating “I know” pretty aggressively. I told her it was ok and smiled at her and dealt with the extra $4, and she once again said “i know” (again with the eye roll). Upon asking for our missing 2 cups, she tried telling us we were wrong and already got them, but luckily her manager was there and made sure we got our cups. The drive thru team is always pleasant, but this isn’t the first time we have dealt with rude service inside, and I think the hiring manager should reevaluate their team they have here. Just awful.

Love this Wendy's, everyone's always so nice. Tonight sent my son to pick up a few Biggie bags for us, not sure if he messed up ordering or if they made an error, but we were missing quite a few things. I called to see if they could look at the receipt because he didn't get one. Elias the person who answered was so nice. Wasn't expecting to get anything for free just wanted to check if it was an error on our part or if I paid for something I didn't get on accident. He said regardless of which it was, he was gonna make us them all fresh and hot for us to come get. Top notch service.

Literally all I cared about was no mayo. Ordered online and my burger is swimming in mayo. I got a 5 dollar credit on a 20 dollar meal that I didn't eat. Every centimeter of thos burger was slathered with mayo.
