Love this Wendy's, everyone's always so nice. Tonight sent my son to pick up a few Biggie bags for us, not sure if he messed up ordering or if they made an error, but we were missing quite a few things. I called to see if they could look at the receipt because he didn't get one. Elias the person who answered was so nice. Wasn't expecting to get anything for free just wanted to check if it was an error on our part or if I paid for something I didn't get...
Customer service is very well done. Ive had a fantastic experience at wendys. Highly recommend coming here!!❤️ The lady that takes the front orders, she was very short, she is the most sweetest little girl that has ever took my fast food order and she was very quick! Ive seen her help older people grab their food for them and bring it to the table while i was eating also, she always makes sure the lobby is cleaned and i peep everything i come to this fast food restaurant!...
I've had a fantastic experience at Wendy's! The highlight for me was definitely their blueberry pomegranate lemonade—refreshingly unique and perfectly sweet-tart. The crispy chicken was just right, with a delightful crunch and tender inside. And the new saucy nuggs? Absolutely amazing! Bursting with flavor and just the right amount of sauce. I highly recommend giving them a try. Can't wait to come back for more!
