We stopped for a quick bite on our way home to WV and we’re so glad we did. All around a great place. The salad was delicious and so fresh and the iced tea was perfect! The service was wonderful!

If the quality of the meat is not good, just don’t serve it to your customers!

The coffee was sour and the place is really dirty. After getting a sour drip coffee, I asked for an americano instead. They obliged, though not happily. Most of the tables had old food debris on them and the floor has a gritty texture due to all the dirt. There are also bits of food on the ground and several wet used napkins and other small pieces of trash. The bathroom is also super dirty- like the toilet isn't gross, but the floors are in dire need of sweeping. It would be incredibly easy to clean this place if they cared to.
Update: I left a 2 star review while in the cafe and hung out for a while. Then I went to the counter to order another americano. The woman actually denied me service because she said, "they received a bad review." I guess they check their reviews pretty frequently! Anyway, their behavior shows they deserve the bad review. This is probably the worst cafe experience I've ever had, and definitely the worst customer service. Because of their immature response to the 100% accurate review about the sour coffee and dirty establishment, I have lowered the rating to 1 star.

Super fun cafe with lots of options. Cashier was very nice. Cute little town. Got a scoop of ice cream and root beer to make a root beer float, a coke, and the spicy pickled burger which were all delicious!

Our group of four rented electric bikes on the 4th of July. We asked the owner of the rental business where we could have a late lunch. He recommended Falls Village Cafe and he said they serve until 3:00 p.m. Great! We arrived at 2:40 p.m. and were informed the grill was closed! The only food available to us were muffins! As we watched other diners with their sandwiches, we had muffins! I have operated restaurants my entire career. If we said we were open until 3:00 p.m., this meant guests could order from our menu until 3:00 p.m. with the understanding guests would be in our restaurant until their meal was consumed. If this restaurant wanted everyone out of the restaurant by 3:00 p.m., then they should have closed at 2:00 p.m. We would have even been happy to take our meal as carry out, and we would have been out of their restaurant by 3:00 p.m. We traveled from Wisconsin to visit my daughter. The bike ride was great, and the rental company provided excellent service! It was very disappointing this business put a blemish on our day.

Super cute, modern and cozy place. Perfect for me to do laptop work for hours. Savina is one of the most thoughtful individuals working there!

A bit pricey but delicious food close to the Appalachian Trail! I’d recommend the Breakfast Burrito with added spinach.

Fantastic atmosphere. Great place to bring your laptop and get some work done or take a break from the trail. Limited menu but consistent.
Stopped in for lunch while out hiking the AT. Got here around 11:20a on a Tuesday, delicious food, super friendly servers, wifi, outlets, water refills, the whole nine yards!! If I lived in CT, I'd stop in for lunch or breakfast all the time!! Get the breakfast panini with avocado, you won't regret it ;)
