Sweet William's Coffee Shop & Bakery

Came in at noon on a Saturday after a scenic drive from the Berkshires. There was a wonderful but not overwhelming array of options, from lemon blueberry Danish (pictured) to cheddar rosemary biscuits (desired but not purchased, sadly). I split a kouign amann and a leomon blueberry Danish, and was blown away by both. I even had to go back for another kouign amann, the first one was so good. I also picked up a package of ginger molasses and crispy chclocolate cookies. This bakery was absolutely worth the trip out to Salisbury and I am already planning on coming again. Only downside is now every other bakeries kouign amann is ruined for me.

Amazing pastries and coffee. While the rosemary scone was 10/10, the maple danish was somehow a 15/10. Quite possibly the best danish I’ve ever had. So sweet and soft and moist. If I lived even remotely close to this place I would come every week. Would highly recommend.

Best lattes ever!! The baked goods are to die for. Get a little snack and then enjoy the cute New England town of Salisbury. And support local businesses!!

Dudes in their act smart. Posted prices for the coffee or latte is 4.50 then cinimon roll is 3.50. Came out to 10.36. The guy tried to give me a small at first held up yhe cup. I politey told him im pretty sure he charged me for a large. And I corrected him. Then he just put the coffee in a large cup and made the froth take up half the cup. Paid for caramel flavoring on top of it and it wasn't added. The cinnamon roll was pretty good for 350 for sure. But honestly dudes are scum bags, came in and acted respectfully and didn't see a problem but theirs probably something wrong with them like mentally to care that much about something I can't even fathom or specify. Ppl make bank on coffee as it is. Don't buy coffee hear. They got a queen eye for the straight guy kinda thing going on. I forgot what it's called. But what ever. Metro , that's what it is. I don't care , just a mention.

Wow. The Kouign-amann floored me. They didn't have plain croissants, but the croissant texture / flavor of the Kouign-amann was absolutely perfect. Great service. Very helpful. Made me a cold brew decaf on a hot day, and even offered other dairies than those on display. Great outdoor space. People were streaming in and out for their pastries, and I can see why!!

Such a perfect spot!! I've been here a few times, and each time it's great. The coffee is very good (especially the cold brew), and the pastries are divine. The coffee cake slices and the kouign amann are my favorite, but they're all excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else for pastries!! Service is A+, and the art is also cool!
