I’ve been to The Boathouse in Lakeville a few times now, and it just keeps getting better every time. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting, and the service is consistently great.
On my most recent visit, I had the shrimp and scallop risotto — it was super flavorful, creamy, and the seafood was cooked perfectly. I also ordered a dirty martini, and honestly, it was the best one I’ve had in a long time — ice cold with just the right amount of olive flavor.
The Boathouse is truly one of the gems of the area. Can’t wait to come back - again and again!

Ordered an entree and side of bread to go. Also got a salad. The bread was very old and stale and the croutons were also stale. Paid $60 for this one meal. Very mediocre taste. Manager said there was nothing he could do. I paid cash for my meal and they didn’t even give me proper change. Not coming back.
Parking: Parking is tight so people park on the side of the restaurant which makes it difficult to exit if you are in an actual parking spot.
Charming place! They did a good job for large parties, and there's plenty of parking. I was disappointed I was there on the only day they do not have sushi, but the salmon I had was very nicely done and the price was fair considering the quality and portion.

Second time there, our first visit was for lunch, this second one was for dinner. We had a great experience both times. For dinner I had the Cioppino, my wife had the Shrimp and Scallop Risotto, and my son had the NY Strip Steak. Everything was amazingly tasty.
