I went here for lunch with a friend and had a very good meal it was my 3rd time. My server was granite and just started but did a great job. The owner/manager came over and spoke with us for a bit, very cordial. I've seen some negative reviews and figured I'd post my positive experiences.

This place is fantastic in the summer. Many people drive past the spot never realizing there’s a cool bar and restaurant in the back of the parking lot. Located right on the shores of the Housatonic river. It really is a cool vibe.
The food is good, same owners as the route 67 diner which is usually “hit or miss.”
They try to do a little bit more of a summer hangout menu with lobster and other beach type of items.

My 1st time at Dock 34 and it won't be the last!  Excellent service and food. I really enjoyed the Dock 34 burger with sweet potato fries.  While sitting outside you get to relax and enjoy the view of the Housatonic river.
