There is a racist older lady here. I ordered some tots with bacon. I was not given a fork and I asked this older lady for a fork. She pretended that she didnāt understand me, but someone else came along and gave me a fork. I was passing the exit when I heard her mutter. āSpeak more Englishā. I immediately turned around and confronted her. I said ā I understand English fine and I have rhotacismā She responded ā Iām Italian ā. Didnāt know what she meant by this but I told her ā watch your stupid commentsā. We both cussed at each other after this. Will never come back here again.

I am so fed up with this Dunkin. I have placed the same order multiple times and every time they get it wrong. I see the ticket and the order it always placed in the system correctly but whoever makes sandwiches clearly can't read. Now I've worked for this place and not only was the work experience toxic but as a customer it's worse. Manager Kathy is rude and when I complained she rolled her eyes and scoffed at me asking me what's wrong like you can't see what I was handed and how completely wrong it was. Just an example I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a cin raisin bagel toasted with butter and add bacon. Ok what I got was a bagel barely toasted and I'm pretty sure the entire container of butter. This place is a joke and management needs some work. I will say the girl at the window is always very nice and always smiling. Legit the only good thing about this facility.
Ordered a 25 count of munchkins and got home, opened the box for the kids and there was 18. I mean, really? Thatās just beyond unacceptable. Thanks Dunkin, keep up the good work.

Always orderly quick and employees seem to work together to get the orders out.I go to this one because i know i wont be sitting for 20 mins.And I don't feel ignored .Ive never had to return anything.
If I could leave zero stars I would. This place gives you the wrong order consistently. Itās hot coffee I canāt drink it instantly so you realize this after getting a few exits away. Finally I had the day off and went back and they called me liar. Now Iām out my coffee and my money. I will never walk into another dunkin doughnuts again Iām so turned off by this place and how they handle everything. No sense of responsibility. Avoid this place and keep your money. You donāt get what you pay for.
