I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts several times, and unfortunately every single experience has been bad. The customer service is extremely poor: the staff is often rude, impatient, and unprofessional. On more than one occasion, they didn’t take the order correctly, and on top of that, they spoke in a harsh and disrespectful way, as if customers were an inconvenience. This is not an isolated incident — it’s a consistent pattern of bad service.
It’s frustrating to come back hoping things will improve and realize that nothing ever changes. As long as the service remains like this, I do not recommend this location.

So we went there to purchase donuts, but our main mission was having a Bible study. It was great they accepted us, we really have an awesome time, even others attend we were treated very good, we shop after we had meetings. Very spacy shop.

There is a racist older lady here. I ordered some tots with bacon. I was not given a fork and I asked this older lady for a fork. She pretended that she didn’t understand me, but someone else came along and gave me a fork. I was passing the exit when I heard her mutter. “Speak more English”. I immediately turned around and confronted her. I said “ I understand English fine and I have rhotacism” She responded “ I’m Italian “. Didn’t know what she meant by this but I told her “ watch your stupid comments”. We both cussed at each other after this. Will never come back here again.
