Weak coffee, mediocre bagle and cream cheese. Loud music playing inside is an unpleasant distraction when dining inside on cold or rainy days. I think the price of coffee and a bagle there isn't worth the price.

I have been going here for years and today was my first bad experience. I bought bagels with cream cheese - they were unlike any other bagels I have bought there before - they were more like bread than a bagel. The taste wasn't bad - HOWEVER, there was MOLD on the bagel. I contacted the manager, not to get a refund, but to alert her to the problem so she could check the remaining bagels. I told her the problem and she insisted it was impossible, I was mistaken and there was no way that could happen. Arguing with me and basically telling me I was lying? Very rude to me!! A manager with poor customer service skills and unable to address the problem. I have attached photos so you can see the texture of the 'bagel' and the mold.

The best donuts in the state, try and find a chocolate cream filled donut anywhere else, they are always super fresh. The staff is always on the ball, and gets the orders correct. It is a 24 hour store!! Try the chocolate cream filled donut you' lol crave another.
Helped a buddy pick up an entertainment cabinet and he needed coffee . I had a pepsi.

Spent 20$ on 2 drinks and a couple donuts, asked for a extra cup so my kid didn’t spill a large drink and they told me they have to charge for a extra empty cup.

Terrible service at this store. Does were closed at 4:40 pm, so we had to use the drive thru. Went to order a few items and the kid was very rude telling us they don't have what we wanted, so we asked what they had and his response was, pick something else, but everything we asked for, they didn't have. So he finally went to look and told us what they had left (not much) Food was also very stale! Manager didn't care about anything either. We'll never visit this store again!
