I ordered large regular coffee, they forgot to put sugar and cream in to my coffee, than when they did , it seems like it was too much cream, very weak watery coffee. I'm not sure if Dunkin is making their regular coffee weaker now, but it tasted more like a cup of milk with coffee added into it. It's nice place to sit and relax with a view of the river. Do not recommend if you would like a good cup of coffee.

What s joke. This place went down hill very fast. Everytime i come here they either mess up my order, forget something, or never have anything. I got a simple bagel and they even messed that up. It was burnt and nasty. With BARLEY any cream cheese. And they forgot my hash browns too! Another thing is wait lines are very very long.

Shame on the two kids working there right now. They are unfriendly, rude and screwed up multiple customers orders, including mine. I ordered an everything bagel not toasted with extra butter. Simple. Girl makes a plain bagel with no butter. I open it at my car, and return it and ask for right order. The girl then hands me an everything bagel toasted with barely any butter. Such a joke. I wouldn’t care but she was rude and clueless. Stay away from this Dunkin, awful customer service. The male worker is just as clueless.

Nice spot to stop at in my way to Danbury. It was easy on and off busy street. The donuts were fresh. This was around 2pm or so. They had vanilla cream filled powdered donuts which I haven't seen since I was a child! A somewhat nostalgic moment. The inside was clean and quiet this time of day. Peaceful atmosphere, cashier was nice and attentive. Bravo! Lot was clean with ample parking. Outdoor seating. Ramp going up to door. Bathrooms were decent.
