I don’t frequent this Dunkin’ due to past poor experiences, and this visit will be my last. I was doing a favor by picking up an online order placed by someone else. The order included four drinks, bagel bites, and a six-pack of donuts.
When I arrived, only the four drinks were ready. I had to ask about the rest of the order. An unlabeled bag of bagel bites was eventually found. The six donuts were completely overlooked.
When asked about the donuts, I was told they only had two flavors available that I had ordered - jelly and Boston crème and that my options were to take what they had available (strange unpopular options) or request a refund through the app. I attached a photo showing the donut case at *noon* - which was nearly empty. The manager, Olivia, told me this was “typical” after the morning rush.
To make matters worse, one of the coffee cups literally began to literally melt as I drank it. I attached a photo of this as well. The bottom of the cup began to burned my hands and I had to throw the drink away. A little concerning that the cup was falling apart after 15 mins.
Between missing items, poor organization, a safety issue, and zero effort to make it right, this location clearly does not prioritize customer service. There are many better coffee and donut options nearby. Not worth your time. I’m still waiting on my refund.

I was the only person inside the store and it took 10 mins for me to get my order taken. Given they did have some people in the drive thru I did not expect them to take that long🤙🏼

This place is usually five stars on everything. But today I think maybe they were a little short-handed or they had some new workers. Everybody was nice but it did take longer than expected. But it happens sometimes. You get shorthanded or something comes up.

Many times the youngest lady in this DD gives a bad attitude when serving, they should follow up on her, because of the bad service.

I ordered large regular coffee, they forgot to put sugar and cream in to my coffee, than when they did , it seems like it was too much cream, very weak watery coffee. I'm not sure if Dunkin is making their regular coffee weaker now, but it tasted more like a cup of milk with coffee added into it. It's nice place to sit and relax with a view of the river. Do not recommend if you would like a good cup of coffee.
What s joke. This place went down hill very fast. Everytime i come here they either mess up my order, forget something, or never have anything. I got a simple bagel and they even messed that up. It was burnt and nasty. With BARLEY any cream cheese. And they forgot my hash browns too! Another thing is wait lines are very very long.
