Was one of my absolute favorite places. Been coming here since it changed over from The Meeting Place. Wouldn't take my $50 like I was a criminal. Will never patronize again.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee and to grab a snack for the kids and saw that it was $2️⃣2️⃣ dollars for a dozen donuts‼️ My God, are they flown in from some bakery in France?? The staff were nice and the very friendly, but the prices caused me to immediately turn around.

Place is garbage. Asked to go to the bathroom cause we work on the road and said No unless we paid. I hope the worker never has to use the potty while on vacation or just out and about. Disgusting atmosphere
This morning I was craving a bacon egg and cheese and decided to stop here and try it out. I had a bacon egg and cheese on a hard roll that was pretty good I wish the bacon was a little crispier but I would get it again. I also saw that on their menu they had a gyro egg and cheese so I decided to get a sandwich for my boyfriend as well. They have a nice variety of donuts but make sure to come early so you can get the best picks! The woman at the counter was nice and had good customer service. We did get the Apple spice donut as well. I can’t wait to try some other flavor of the donuts.
Ordered a BEC biscuit this morning and after leaving I opened the wrapper and saw I was given a badly burnt biscuit. Because I was running late for work, I took a small bite to see if it was edible and it wasn’t. I immediately called them back to tell them of the issue so that they could make another sandwich. The young lady who answered said “I guess” they can make another one as long as I brought it back. After getting there, she finished up with a customer and then came to get my sandwich but didn’t apologize or say one word. She brought the sandwich to the back and after a few minutes, she returned with a bag and said she put a new biscuit in the bag but couldn’t make me a new sandwich because I bit the sandwich and they couldn’t resell it. I was totally shocked and asked for a manager. I was told she is not in today so I asked her name. She wrote down “Cindy or Ernie”. I will be contacting Cindy AND Ernie tomorrow. I wish I could post a pic of the biscuit… it was not fit for sale or resell for that matter. Bad business and POOR SERVICE!!
I’ve been to this establishment numerous times and each time I was met with a smile and great Service. I’ve brought my dogs with me on multiple visits and they’re always well received by staff as well as any other customers inside. I typically purchased dog treats they offer as well. Not once was a service animal certification required. Unfortunately today we had the opposite experience. I placed an order for 2 doughnuts and 2 pup cups. The girl in the front took my order and asked me to hold while she asked how much the cups are. As soon as she goes in the back to ask this cruel shrew of a woman burst out the kitchen telling me “I need those dogs out immediately unless they are service animals” Her tone was as if she knew my dogs wouldn’t meet the criteria. Taken by surprise I explained to her this has never come up in any prior visits but she doubled down on her original statement negating to simply ask if they were indeed service animals. I was taking my order to go but after her rude and dismissive behavior I lost my desire for a simple treat and exited the completely empty business. Upon securing my dogs in my vehicle and returned inside to show my certificate for my seizure dog whilst further explaining had she asked properly or with less unjustified negativity I would’ve gladly showed my credentials. I go out my way visit this place every time I’m passing Seymour unfortunately this will be my last visit thanks to one horrible employee. I’ll take my business to Dunkin’ next door they would never treat us soo poorly

We go here almost every Sunday for breakfast sandwiches and coffee and have never had a bad experience. The girls that usually work there are so pleasant, always strike up conversation, etc. Today there was a middle age/older woman that took our order that made this such a bad visit. We ordered dine-in and she said she would bring it to us in the dining room, but when it was ready, she had it bagged for take-out and had us come get it. No big deal, but when we picked up the bag, it ripped, and one of our sandwiches fell onto the floor only a step or two away from where she was standing behind the counter. We picked it up and said “this fell on the floor” and she said “Okay…? We don’t really replace food?” She checked with her manager and came back visibly annoyed and told us they’d remake it this one time. Literally 15 seconds later she comes back with the same sandwich that fell on the floor, threw it onto our table, and said “Here.” If you’re going to serve us a floor sandwich, I recommend you at least take the time to make it seem like it was remade. Such poor business practice. Lastly, both of our coffees were made with the completely wrong flavor even though she wrote the right flavor on the side of the cups. Obviously the least of our concerns, but not surprising.

I stopped here for a donut this past Thursday morning.
I was hoping for a cream donut with white cream inside and was informed, the one I was seeking is called Vanilla Angel, but they don’t usually get those at this location. I was told, that for these (the best donuts ever), I would have to go to the Derby location.
So, I just got a basic chocolate covered donut. It was good.
The staff is nice and informative.
I’m looking forward to going to the Derby location.

I live close by to the one in derby. But I recently started going to the one in Seymour. Closer to my job. I absolutely love their onion bagels. Toasted perfectly! And the fact that they carry ginger ale is awesome! Very friendly staff. Bye bye Dunkin lol. ☺️
