Not certain why a coffee shop would serve mediocre coffee. I ordered a bagle with cream cheese on the side; I received a miniature paper cup of cream cheese that was suitable for half a bagle.

They are super slow and mess up your order frequently. They have given me cold coffee several times and when I've asked for a hazelnut they give me cinnamon instead. I rather them tell me that they have nothing brewed then lie and just give me their alternative . This has happened on several occasions and it's very frustrating. The shops in Fairfield and derby are great this one is Horrible

Always passed by this place and my curiosity got the best of me today so I stopped in. The place is just as outdated outside as it is inside. I picked up an assortment of half a dozen donuts at $2 a piece. Sadly, the donuts were sub Dunkin Donuts :(. Wanted to like a local chain but it just wasn't very good.

Meh. The donuts are okay ish. They are also overpriced. I.e. see Brooklyn Bakery in Waterbury which are about the best donuts I've ever had and every time I buy a dozen there I can't get over his inexpensive they are.

Sandwiches are always tasty, donuts are better than the typical chain, and the coffee is usually great. However, in a recent experience where it was a little off, they replaced it for me a couple days later when I couldn't come back the very same day. Mistakes happen so it's no big deal, and I appreciate their service very much. I will continue to come here for a pick me up when I can.

Donuts are delicious, food & coffee is good. Fast service. Went there yesterday, Wed. The staff who took our order were short, cold and indifferent. No warmth or even a thank you. You can have the best food in the world, but if the staff is cold and looks like you're a bother to them when they have to take your order, great chances are, people don't come back.The first time I went to heavenly donuts in Seymour a young woman took my order. She was polite and had great energy and even suggested some donuts to me. She said she's tried every one and how important it is so she can make suggestions to customers. She was a sweet young lady. I loved her beautiful purple hair! So with that said I will return and give this place a chance again.

I went at 2:06pm and was told the espresso machine was already shut down for the day and I know you’re open until 3. I also went out of my way to make it before close. Clearly whoever was working just wanted to get out early, and that is Bad business etiquette
One of my favorite places to go every time i come to CT. It's nostalgic for me because I grew up coming here! The staff is always friendly, the drive thru is so convenient, the food is really good and I love all the coffee flavor options they have! I haven't been inside in a long while but I imagine they've kept it the same, but I'm not quite sure it's open to the public still? In The past it's been friendly and inviting i would say. Check it out!

I only recommend the Derby location. Effie is the best and it is always nice to see her. The service is fantastic and the bacon egg and cheese sandwiches are amazing.The Seymour location is hugely disappointing in comparison . The pricing for the same items is inconsistent at each visit and expect to invest no less than 20 minutes in the drive through. Also don't be surprised if your order is wrong. The wait in the drive through on Father's Day exceeded 30 minutes. I had to leave and go elsewhere.
