The owner/manager is incredibly rude, something is wrong with the food every time I go, and the service is terrible. Used to be a great spot. Now, not including the awful price changes, I stay far away from here.

Could not deliver on quality or temperature of the product. Ordered no cheese due to allergy guess what not only did fillet o fish have two pieces of fish which rendered it inedible the crispy chicken strips were served cold and undercooked. Even the 3 year old did not eat her chicken nuggets (her favorite) due to temp and taste. Only good thing were the 2 ice teas

I left my house at 5:50am the other day so that I could stop by McDonald’s before work. I pulled into the drive thru, behind 2 other cars, and we all proceeded to wait for 10 minutes before someone came out and said the drive thru computers were down, and that I’d have to come inside to order. At this point, I’m not able to back out of the lane, and I’m stuck behind the cars who ordered before their food computer went down. I was stuck in the lane for another 10 minutes before they had finished those 2 or 3 orders. I was then able to go into the lobby to place an order where I brought this up, and nobody apologized that I had waited out there. I shouldn’t have even went in to order but I was hungry. I was due into work at 6:30 but did not arrive until 6:40 because of this. Luckily my employer was understanding.

They have a person that works there that will degrade the customers by the name of Brian and instead of management doing anything about it she acts dumb like she didnt hear him calling the customer degrading names. If they dont care about the customers that much what makes you think they dont do anything to the food that they serve you? I would not recommend this place at all. How can they act so negatively to the customers that keep them in business? So disgusting

Not one to eat a lot of fast food but stopped here with a family member to get a quick bite to eat and staff was friendly and attentive.
Whole order was gross. Burger not even hot and patty flat as pancake. Coffee was like water. I know they’re busy but seriously irritating and a waste of money.

Absolutely worst place I give them zero stars if I could I have been going to this Mc Donald’s since I was 12 years old and never have I ever experienced such a disgusting experience. My husband got dinner and brought it home I realized they didn’t not give any fries for my order and mind you we are a household of 7 people (2 adults and 5 children) I called and spoke to a lady which she told me to come in the next day and she was sorry she was going to give us a refund because she could hear my children crying because there was no french fries . My husband went the next day with one of the kids and called me I could hear the manager he spoke to was screaming and acting absolutely disgusting and my step daughter was upset and had such anxiety she was crying after this. I can not believe they have a manager there that talks to people like that which such disgusting manners and calling people names and told my stepdaughter bring back her happy meal toy and the rest of the food to get a refund because she doesn’t care .. and not going to say all the explicit thing she said .. I called corporate and made a complaint and the owner was supposed to call me but that’s a joke because no one ever called .. they have lost my business.. my families business and I tell everyone do not go there .. this place needs to be shut down .. and the food is absolutely crap now

I only had 3 ingredients and they still gave me the wrong burgers. asked for extra mustard, didn’t get that, asked for pickles, i got one each for my two hamburger meal. wouldn’t let me finish ordering and almost tried guessing what i wanted.
