Did drive thru today. Order taker was genuinely pleasant. Employee working the window was very friendly. Made a simple trip very pleasant. Changed the mood of my afternoon. I was only one customer amoung many but you made my experience great. Thank you.

usually, everybody in the drive-through at this location is wonderful and amazing but this morning the lady that was at the drive-through got mad at me because I was paying with $100 bill and I didn’t have anything smaller. my total for my order was $10 and some change. She was very rude and instead of giving me big bills because she needed to “save them”, she gave me all singles and fives for my change and then just gave me my stuff and closed the window. not sure if she was just having a bad morning, but everyone else there is usually wonderful and very nice.

I order through the app for convenience when driving in case there is a line-not to be told how it’s inconvenient for the staff at the drive

Seymour Starbucks always makes the food and drinks amazing! Whoever made our drinks today (03/23/25; around 12:30p.m) made them absolutely perfect! I greatly appreciate the kind service and the perfect taste on the caramel frappes 😊.

Beware of this location putting in a tip before you swipe your card. They did a $5 tip on a $9.xx bill. I asked for receipt saw it and the tried to say I did it. I didn't even touch the swiper. Bad location, check your receipt!!!

I decided to grab some tea during lunch one day and the employees were more interested in talking than actually working. They did the bare minimum to get the job done. The guy at the register couldn't be less interested in taking my order. It was almost like I wasn't there. I'm not really interested in conversation but in that position, you can at least put on a friendly face instead of an annoyed one. Then, the girl making my iced tea lemonade couldn't even be bothered to shake up my drink. In every Starbucks that I've been to the person making my iced tea, puts the tea, lemonade and ice in a mixing cup, shakes it up and it ends up being nice and cold on the first sip. Not at this Starbucks. I had to shake it up a bunch to get it to that point. If you don't want to do the job, don't get a job.
