This subway is the only non-sit down service place where I tip. Not just any subway, this subway in particular. No matter what time of day you go, how busy they are, or what youre ordering, they are always the happiest, friendliest, and nicest people to talk to. All they're doing is making you a sandwich, but somehow I always leave this place happier than when I walked in. The family that owns this location is truly spectacular, and they pick their other employees very carefully as well. This is the only subway location I will go to within a 50 mile radius. I will intentionally go out of my way to go to this location if I want subway. They are good with portions and always happy to accommodate your needs. The place is extremely clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend the Seymour tri-town plaza location any day.

This Subway is honestly one of the few surprisingly good Subways around. Most businesses in the Tri-Town plaza (including Adams, Ames, and a movie theater) were shutting down as early as 2017...
The fact that this Subway survived Covid and is still kicking in 2025 despite being hidden in the back of a concrete laden parking lot off Rte 8 speaks volumes to the fact that it's one of the better quality Subways around.

The persons that work here are the keys. They make you feel so great every time you go there. They remember your preference of orders so well and create a smooth conversation while they are serving your order. I totally recommend getting a chance to visit this Subway at this location.
Kid-friendliness: They know how to attend kids. They give the opportunity to kids to practice and have the experience of ordering food in a Subway store. They are great for this.

The store is always very clean. The sandwiches are well made.The staff is friendly.I would have given it 5 stars but for one reason, this shop very rarely offers to use the corporate coupons and special offers.
Parking: Parking is very easy. There is a large parking lot.

I ordered the veggie patty footlong sandwich with swiss cheese,spinach,tomatos,cucumbers,green peppers,and black olives on a multigrain bread.
Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian,and i normally get the veggie patty but you can also just fill your bread with fresh veggies.
Consistently clean, updated store with friendly employees! Sandwiches are also consistently good and the vegtables are fresh at this location.

My sandwich was one of the best I've ever had from a subway. I had a spicy Italian foot long with spinach, red onion, tomato and oil n extra vinegar. I just think it would have tasted better if it was more affordable because to me $10 is way too much for a fast food hoagie.

Always have a wonderful experience here! We usually bring my kids here after t-ball practice, and every single time the wonderful lady gives my boys a free cookie each! Very nice! Sandwiches are made well too! :)
