my mom came here to grab us a quick dinner and they told her they had no food except for fries. mind you this was at 8:30pm. I get not being paid enough to care about your job but the ppl here are so miserable, they treat customers who just want to eat like an inconvenience. everytime I come here somethings not working, they don’t have something and the cherry on top is their rude attitude. I’m not even a difficult customer I get my stuff and go and every single time I hear them talk I think damn these ppl are miserable. I think you should all find a new job or be unemployed but if you can’t handle working at a wendy’s then idk how you’re gonna make it working anywhere else.
Went there and I’m gonna do this for the most respectful way I am giving names that were on my receipt. I went here and I ordered two of the cheesy bacon burger combos and it came out to $30 and we were kind of confused so we went to the front office where we met the person who was taking our money and putting it into the machine. Her name was Hope which was put on the receipt that her name was Hope when I got there I was explaining how I was sorry because I just didn’t want the double I wanted the single and as I was talking, she slammed the window in my face and ignored me, then I thought I was going to get my food. I met with Elijah the name that was on the receipt who’s giving our food first it took a while to get our food and number two when he brought it out, he forgot the drinks and we said thank you, but he literally ignored us, then he came back out to give us our drinks and he gave us an attitudehe he shoved everything in my hands and ignored our thank you and closed the window. when I came home The food was cold and it wasn’t even that good. I think if you’re going to work in a drive-through at at least be a kind person because what they were doing was petty

Customer service is terrible. In the evenings they decide to clean up early and tell paying customers they dont have basically the entire menu. (Like fries chicken, wraps nuggets)I would understand if its close to 12 but hours before closing is unacceptable. The teens who work the drive thru have been incredibly rude multiple times and this Wendy's are never open at the time it says on the site. I see people in there but they ignore you without taking orders or saying thing. I won't come here again without new management and we live down the street.

Hands down the worst Wendy’s ever. How is man serving me in a dam Nike sweat suit I don’t even complain about anything ever but food quality is trash and employees are garbage who ever the franchise owner is deserves to have it taken away. Like I expect like hey have a good one or thank you bro handed me the food like he was slangin and banging 😂😂😂 don’t come here put a different restaurant in because clearly this owner just doesn’t get it

Uber eats order was wrong. Paid extra to get the new flavor Frosty the Oreo brownie batter one, they gave just a vanilla frosty. Also chicken spicy sandwich did not have lettuce on it. And the cinnamon pull aparts did not have much icing on them.

The system is always “down.” Or they close early. Can never get food here anytime I come. I’ve also encountered rude staff on multiple occasions. Get it together Wendy’s.

I came in tonight with 4 kiddos and myself. I made a mistake with my online order and Jaylin was very understanding and was able to help me! He was so considerate and kind! Thank you so much!!

On several occasions I’m told that items are out of stock and twice now I’ve gone shortly after 10pm and after waiting for several minutes no one comes to take my order. I’ve driven around and I see a young boy huddled down by window and appears to be on there phone and does not look up or acknowledge the car at the window
