Just got breakfast here. The drive thru menue is on half lunch half breakfast. The potatoes were cold and upside down in the bag. They didn't have croissants so we ordered biscuits and English muffins which were all stale and hard. The sandwiches were cold too. The cheese wasn't even melted - just cold slice of cheese. And they gave us the wrong size coffee. My ice coffee came without any ice and it tasted weird. Almost seemed like it was dirty. Overall it was terrible and very disappointing.
This location used to be very good but it has slowly devolved into a very disappointing waste of money.
Go somewhere else.

Soda tastes soapy, we got the wrong/smaller chicken sandwich, they gave us too many fries that were all cold and unsalted, and I bet they intentionally kept the receipt because they knew they got it wrong.

Just go to the McDs 500 feet away… “1 star” is their most common review for a reason.

So I don't normally go crazy with reviews... and I don't hold high expectations at fast food places... but this place has actually lowered them.

I'll admit I'm one of those crazy people who likes to stretch my legs a bit, see if there's anything new on the menu, and order in AC before consuming 1200 calorie meals... but when the inside of most fast food places are empty and the drive thrus are wrapped around the buildings... Is it really that crazy? At most places, ordering indoors works out fantastically... at this mismanaged establishment... not so much...

I've tried ordering here numerous times and at varying times of day hoping maybe arriving at off-peak hours might improve things. I've only received reasonable service from an employee once. Part of the issue is the staff are not only assigned to stations that mainly serve the store encompassing drive thru lines, but they also rely HEAVILY on automated kiosks that on some days are out of order or look like they've seen better days.

There are no menu boards, and some owner/manager there got it in their head that all customers should pay credit at the kiosk and their orders would be automatically submitted. So here's the snags:

1) Only have cash? Your asked to get ignored at the counter while your order remains in Limbo further delaying your food's ETA. Good luck reading and memorizing your order number that flashes on and off the screen too
2) Credit card reader broken/missing (Sadly... its happened) See number 1.
3) Have a question? See #1.
4) Can't place an order that robo-kiosk doesn't accommodate? Oh well... Too bad...
5) Placed an online order? Better hope it's still on the counter. You'll also be waiting with the cash payers.

To give an example, I went today around 2:00pm and saw an empty bracket where the CC reader should be... Clicked pay in cash. Went to the counter and didn't even get a "We'll be with you in a moment" from either of 4 people standing there... Nothing! No response... Waited several minutes and then left for the Mcdonalds across the street. Had a guy order online waiting next to me for at least 5 minutes as well... also being silently ignored... and wondering if the lone bag left on the counter was his...

I would have given the food 3 stars since on average it's about what you'd expect as far as traditional fast food and/or Wendys goes... but there has been a few times where I've gotten gross chewy chicken and/or soggy fries that I just threw out and ordered food elsewhere.

To give some credit, the inside is somewhat well kept so I do have to give credit for cleaning... There's been times the tables have needed to be wiped down and the soda machine restocked. It is a bit weird to have both rest rooms share a common sink though...

They also have a small outdoor patio area which would be nice during warmer days.

When I got there, they made me wait 10 minutes at the drive-through with nobody else there before they even took my order then after I gave my order, they asked me if I was paying with a card. I said no cash and they said well we have no change, so are you OK with getting no change back today, you have a register with no money in it? I don’t know what is going on with this please but every time I come here it’s a mess and all I was going to get was Frosty’s for my kids.

Wendy's just isn't the same anymore. The last three times now I have gotten salads, the chicken all three times seemed off. Rubbery a little and tasted funny.

Breakfast sandwich, sausage egg and cheese croissant, had no taste. Kiosk made the restaurant feel indifferent. Patio outside was nice.

No longer in use “セクシ” Away for a week or more

Went here last night with my dad and husband. The order was a #1, #2, and #3. It was around 9:30 or so. First off they had no bacon at all because the original order would have been a bacon sandwich instead of a #3. Second the service was super slow. You had a handful or less of people in the back cooking and someone at the front just sitting on their phone as if they were at home. Third when we got our food our fries were luke warm. I don’t know if they were made first or were just sitting there and they were so so salty. Forth and finally my dad got sick off of the chicken sandwich that was poorly made! Won’t be going back here or any other Wendy’s. It’s Wendy’s that needs to be shut down not BK! Bk has better food than you guys.

Workers are super rude, food is gross and unfresh.

Workers are extremely unpleasant, and have major attitude issues.

Horrible customer service workers are the worst attitudes is out the window food is definitely not fresh make mistakes all the time with the food . One of the workers finger nails was soooo dirty under I almost lost it . They need to do better if we are spending our money here we’re not just driving up and receiving free food . Customer service should be priority !!!!!!

I've been frequenting multiple Wendy's in the state since I got a job on the road. I've tried this location three times and have had some sort of negative experience on every visit. I would go back if the customer service was good...I understand running out of product or being short staffed... but they aren't even nice here. Passing this location by from now on.
