Been here once, just from hearing what's going on with the workers seems like some of the managers neglect their workers. Place needs serios rework with their conduct towards their workers. Heard from a friend who worked here once that they have horrible schedule making and never know how to treat each other with respect.

Been to this Wendy’s only twice to realize how horrible it is. Food quality is awful. You can tell they make the food and save it for HOURS before you order the lucky choice. The service is trash. You’re greeted like you’re a scumbag for pulling up by ghetto and rude employees who put in $5 per hour worth of work and expect $20. Whoever the owner is should self reflect and either clear house and start fresh or sell the damn franchise. 0/10 stars and would rather drive 15 minutes down the road to shelton than to spend money and settle here again.

I've been in warehouses that have a more pleasant vibe than this Wendy's. The whole restaurant just screams "unfinished", whether it's the Ocean State style flooring or the actual nails sticking up from the booths, or my favorite part: the lack of menus. Never been to a fast food place that has not had menus by where you order, but I guess this place wanted to be special. You had to go onto the kiosk to figure out what you wanted, and then you can go order with the cashier. Food itself was Wendy's food, so of course it's not gonna be great, but this location was worse than usual. Slightly cold chicken, slightly chewy bun, and a frosty that might as well have just been shaved ice. Would likely have had a more pleasant experience getting food from the Walgreens in the same parking lot.

Fastest fast food around, not to mention the big bags are a deal at $5Too bad they went up to $7. It's still worth it. If it goes up anymore, I'll eat local owned rather than chains.

As soon as we pulled up the girl came out to tell us the sit in was closed only order from the drive Through which didn't make sense since it was still early but whatever... we had the Chilli and I got sick from it... and I've had chilli from wendys before not here tho..

I’ve given this location many chances, and unfortunately it hasn’t changed much at all. It is always a hit or miss. Staff are rude, service is slow, and the food is always cold. To add onto this, if you ever ask for anything like condiments, spoon, straw, etc., they will give you an attitude.This location has a lot of potential, and it is sad to see it go to waste.

First time at this Wendy's franchise. I was shocked by what a saw. A manager repremanding a young employee in public, where the girl is crying for half an hour and the manager smiling in her face and telling her you'll be alright. At what point does someone not know when to stop doing this to an employee. I hope the owner of the franchise makes the necessary changes to his staff cause people like this have no business in leadership roles and knows how his employees are being treated. I've never seen anything like this in my life and I hope not to see this again in this store. I believe the he was the district manager and his name was Sergio.

DO NOT GO HERE Drive thru takes 20-25 mins for a burger and some fries? That’s some of the worst fast food service I’ve hadVery rude workers. Served me raw chicken and then said they were going to call the police? Because I approached them and told them they served me raw poultry…. Have fun with the health department lol they will shut you down tomorrow
