They are not accurate when it comes to making sure all the items are correct in their orders. Make sure to double check, multiple times I’ve ordered and had to go back to correct items.

I couldn't make it this one time to pick my 2 pizza because of how heavy the snow was and got stuck with my son i just picked up. Spoke to them the same night and apologized..Next day I ordered I waited 30 mins then had to wait an additional 30mins because of spite...lady was very rude and spoke to me like trash. I even offered to pay for my previous order. She said no. THEN THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER...PIZZA IS GOOD BUT VERY BAD ATTITUDES

When ordering a meatball parm goes wrong! I mean I can’t even begin to explain my grinder! You order a “meatball” parm and you get sliced dry meatballs? I mean the grinder looks crustier than my grandmas toenails!! Almost a hour n half wait to be severed some dry old toenail resemblance of a meatball parm! I mean pizza is slammin and to think my sister who live in town told me to order from here and when my husband came home with this I was ready to divorce him!! Like why would you even leave a place you waited so long as for a sorry excuse of a grinder!!

Zois is one of my favorite pizza spots. I ordered the Roula the other day with my own twist. (No red sauce, add ricotta and it was delicious. The pizza isnt greasy like a lot of other places and its one of the only pizzas that ill eat the crust too! I also had the pleasure of meeting Roula herself. She was so sweet! The only downside is the large pizza was $33. A bit pricey but I understand costs have gone up for everything. If it wasn't so costly id order more often, but I look forward to when I can!

First time having in a while and now I will never go back. Paid $70 for dried out pizza. Top of pizza was over cooked and dried out and the crust was rubbery. Had trouble telling pepperoni from burnt sauce. Garlic bread looked like it was flattened and squeezed in the center. Shocking they would serve this and not remake.
