Arrived at 7:28–7:30am. Chain down, door open, no sign indicating closed. Was told to leave because it was ‘7:28’ instead of being allowed to wait a minute or helped. No flexibility or basic courtesy. Won’t be back.

Best BEC I’ve ever had! And that’s coming from someone who’s living on Long Island.

Incredible, fresh pastries. Wow!

Don’t miss out!!! 10/10 recommend

Beautiful bakery with indoor and outdoor seating. Good challah on Fridays. Croissants are OK.

Nice bakery with a large variety of cream pastries. Not many options without cream filling. They have some antiques collections.

The best egg sandwiches and French style baked goods in the Housatonic River valley bar none. The sausage rolls are quite tasty too. Heck, you can't go wrong but do ask for cheddar on your egg sandwich if you're not partial to the slightly incongruous default of American. Get there early for best selection and then take a spectacular hike up Pine Knob loop to work off the calories.

The pastries are fantastic! Right up there with Balthazar or ones I’ve had in Paris.

Stopped in here on a whim seeking some coffee to continue our road trip.

Purchase the Almond Croissant and the Cornwall Roll.

OMG! We have an amazing bakery back at home that we love and this place was more amazing!

Great coffee and a very eclectic decor inside.

There was a steady stream of customers coming in so it seems very popular.

Highly recommend!

Oh yeah, delish Sourdough Boule that we had later with dinner.
