My wife and I tried this place for the first time and it was amazing. I had the LOX sandwich and my wife had the eggs Benedict. Both plates were very tasty and the presentation shows the cooks care. We will definitely be going back!

Simsbury resident and frequent customer of nearly 5 years. Benny's is the place to go in simsbury. Complain all you want that its busy. It's busy because its worth the wait. If the owner reads this, the chicken cordon bleu omelet needs to be a permanent item on the menu. Thank you and the staff so much for the countless delicious meals!

Just a comment. We go here quite often and really like the owner and staff. The food is consistently good. But I’m on a bit of a “Review Roll” about every establishment about the absolute CRAZY tipping culture and EXPECTATION in the US in the last 3 years. I ordered a breakfast sandwich here. I went in to pick it up. The total was $7.51. I gave her $8,00. And she said,”Thanks. You’re all set”. Now, I don’t care about the 50 cents. But I don’t believe in tipping on point of purchase, or take out food. If you are a waiter or waitress and you want to spend an hour taking care of me and my family. I have no problem with 20% - 25% tip. And if it’s a small bill, even more. BUT…,this absolute BS sense of entitlement of assuming that people owe you another nickel beyond the bill on a take out order or point of purchase is OFFENSIVE! You put it in a bag!!!! Or in this case….you didn’t even do that! I’m 61 years old and my generation was raised that way. Young folks who just turn around an iPad with options of 18%-25% tip? That’s absolutely appalling! I’m embarrassed for you! So…eat at Benny’s. Tip well. The food is good. But hey…..wait staff…,stick with the tips on table service. And try and not get involved with the new BS Tipping culture.

The food wasn’t bad, but the service sucked, a blonde waitress was with a bad tooth was so nasty to me, I ordered my meal on DoorDash. When it arrived, part of my order didn’t come. So i called the place and asked if they out it in the bag or by chance the door dasher left it in his car, it was a side of home fries. So I speak with the waitress who said she rang in my ticket from the doordasher, and that I made the choice on the app and that I never paid for it. Which I did. So I go over there and the lady is still yelling at me stating I didn’t pay for it, so I show her my receipt, and when I prove to her that I paid, she claimed that they never got the money, DoorDash did, and that she won’t be giving away “free me merchandise” that I paid for and told em to take it up with door dash. Another brunette waitress who was nice over heard all of this and gave it to me, but this lady was on a power trip over $7 home fries. The food was good, but I’m never coming back here again. My family just moved to the area and we were hoping to find a new breakfast spot. Do yourself a favor and just go to brook side bagels across the street.

i've never eaten here but as a doordash driver, the staff here is so efficient i feel like i need to tip for service sometimes. ive never seen a restaurant so busy and so effortlessly waited on. i think i've become spoiled, i can't be patient for any other restaurant now

I was going to dine here and glad I came to the reviews First. Wow, the way the owner trash talks bad reviews. YIKES.
