Called ahead asked if I could substitute the 2 eggs for extra meat.I was told yes. I can sub it off the 2 egg sandwich. Asked for it to be ready in an half hour. Well it was barely warm. And that wasnt the case with the substitution, got charged 26 dollars for 2 breakfast sandwiches. Ill never be back again.

The new owner is rude, disrespectful and discourteous.
Instead of introducing herself to a loyal customer for 20 years with a smile and a handshake, she came out front guns ablazing, accusing me of talking free refills.
She was not only nasty, but she was mistaken.
My first cup had a hair in it so I dumped it out in the sink and poured another
The second cup was cold. To warm it up, I added a little more coffee.
Her customer service skills are horrendous. I will be enjoying going to Lox, Stock and Bagels in Granby as their owner is delightful.
I highly recommend them over Brookside.
They know how to treat their patrons right.

I will be enjoying going to Lox, Stock & Bagels in Granby as their owner is delightful. I highly recommend them over Brookside. Anyways, I don't think that they will last given the less than stellar initial impression.

I have been here a handful of times- Bagels were decent, but the wait time is always astronomical. I understand you have many orders, but waiting 20 minutes to get a toasted bagel with cream cheese is truly unacceptable..especially in the morning when people have to get to work on time. I could never go here again because of this reason. Also, on another visit, there was a hair in the cream cheese and one of the female employees was incredibly rude about it.

Been going here for years. Good food. Good service. Today was my first issue. Ordered two sandwiches. Just BEC and one sandwich with extra bacon. Got that but it also had extra hot sauce & ketchup that was not requested. Mistakes happen but please be more careful. Thanks and enjoy the holidays
*Not a review about their bagels because they’re great* just be warned the wait can be a long time. Ordered online this morning at 1030. They quoted 35 mins. It’s been over an hour at this point. Staff were kind though.

Potatoes were hours old and hardened. Sandwiches are smaller than they used to be, meats less thick and less of it, bagels are smaller than ever. Super disappointed how this place has fallen off. Girl at the counter was awesome tho!
