Server was too busy talking to a single guy at another table to check and see that we needed condiments and drink refills. Too busy to bring a bill, too busy to bring a take home container. I wish I was able to give a tip to the other server who was not assigned to us but did as asked but I didn't have any cash

I went here with my daughter after a school production. I made it clear to the waitress that we wanted to sit near the large party, but Did Not want to be lumped in with their order. We wanted our own table a d own check. She nodded her head that she understood. We sat down. No menus given, no offer of water, no drink order. She asked me several times if I was responsible for the large group and each time I told her no. We are separate. The large group arrived and proceeded to sit at several tables around us instead of the larger tables that were set up. I requested several times to order. I sat at that table for well over 30 minutes. She was the only waitress assigned to take care of 70 plus guests and NEVER acknowledged us at the table.

Bozos. Not Bazos (i.e. Amazon founder). BOZOS, as in clown-like behavior.Quiet weekday night, walk-in around 4:30 and order "to go food." Simple, couple orders of Chicken Nachos. Grab order, and on my way home, want a taste of the order. No chicken. Turn around, drive back to the Avon Restaurant. 30 minutes later and a couple of "sorry for the screw-up"....I get my make-up Take Out Order.Get home...No Chicken. FIGGETABOUTITTTT! The disappointment I feel and words I used....couple of Hail Mary's and a plea to the God Almighty!BOZOS. They wasted 90 minutes of my precious time. My wife is the only human I allow to waste my precious time.

So, our server was great. She brought drinks and stuff regularly. My wife’s nachos were good…. But my burger was less than stellar. When the expo brought it out, I seriously thought it was the wrong burger. It looked nothing like the picture and nothing like the burgers I have had there in the past. It looked like a McDonalds burger. A $15 McDonald’s burger. I asked if this was right as it looked nothing like it’s supposed to. Her response was “I don’t know what to do about.” Yeah…So, do a quick search for what the burger is supposed to look like and compare. The fact that the fries were cold didn’t help.

Was very impressed with the staff. We came during dinner rush and expected a wait but were sat almost immediately.Food took about 40 minutes to arrive, and my steak was very overcooked. ( here is where I'm impressed) they staff was amazing about it. The manager came and talked to us. Comped most of our meal! They went above and beyond to help correct the mistake!This is our "date night" spot. Normally, the food is ALL amazing. It was a one-off, and we will ABSOLUTELY be back!

So first of all our waitress COLLEEN was so amazing. Very nice, never needed to ask for anything and just a beautiful person. I asked her if something has changed there because months ago even maybe longer I couldn't stand going there. It has been a while because the cooks and servers were just not doing anything right. Well she said things did change like the cooks and servers. The food was so amazing. Nothing was wrong with are visit. Most of all though Colleen was just the best waitress I have had in a while. Chili's, please make sure you do right by her she is what you need to succeed in the restaurant business. Good customer service should come first. Thank you so much. Also I hope I spelled her name right?

Chilis seemed to be understaffed and had a new Food Assembler. The wait was quite long for our meals, and the orders came out very wrong. Ordered two side salads and a sirloin and a bowl of chili. The chili came out without any toppings and there was no spoon provided. Sirloin did not come with the mashed potatoes and broccoli sides. Just steak poorly placed on a plate. Only one salad came out and it was the wrong type. Lettuce was not fresh either. The only highlight was the waiter that assisted us after our complaints. We got two full salads instead of half for free, all we had to pay for was the sirloin and drinks. However the pay kiosk was assigned to a different table, making us need to ask for help again. Will not be coming back anytime soon.
