Waited 20 minutes for a simple order because there is no communication here. To top it off the lead on is here yelling at her employees and has her kids running around playing in the back. Then when we get the food it’s not even made right. Definitely won’t be returning.

Been using dunkin for a long time, i order the same drink usually, and the one time i order a sweetened latte, it tasted like bitter dirt, and not what i had even asked for. Completely unsweetened, cold, and sticky upon pick up. Super disappointed for a place i usually love

This is my usual Dunkin I go to i absolutely love staff they’re super friendly, food and drinks are always so good and comes out fast but today I went and ordered a signature iced pumpkin latte and I received this (I have not taken a sip yet) No whipped cream, no cinnamon sugar on top, not full and no straw. I usually wouldn’t be upset however I spent about $6 on this and didn’t even get my moneys worth 😕
Rachel is always amazing and helpful when I come to this location! Customer service is on point, as well as the coffee!!!

I've been debating on whether or not to leave a review, but while I was in the lobby one day I heard the manager call back another employee from the front and they were loudly talking about WWE. Really off-putting as a customer and will not be coming back.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience at this Dunkin’ this week was frustrating enough to make an exception. The service was incredibly slow. I waited 10 minutes for a mobile order that had two drinks, a sandwich and a wrap. I asked if I could speak to a manager because I thought that 10 minutes for a mobile order was kind of ridiculous, and when I spoke to her she was dismissive. Best part was that you could hear her complain about customers.

This is not the first time I buy at this Duking avocado toast with bacon in top and they give me wrong order. Just last week I talked with the manager about ordering avocado toast with bacon and got only the toast with no avocado at all. Today they only put on a scraped left over bacon, not slices of bacon. We pay for one thing and we expect to receive the order the way we pay for. Why charge people for bacon in top of the toast if not putting it on? The business in those days seems to not care at all about customers. For me came do reviews for business take long screw up from them to make me get done with it. And Dunkin’ is one of them.

This is supposed to be an iced dunkalatte with an extra shot of espresso, with SUGAR-FREE hazelnut flavoring shots. This is a 10$ coffee made 100% wrong! My extra espresso was not added mind you a dunkalatte is made with two in it and I requested for an extra one to be added so this should be way darker. They’ve sent me a cup of milk and sugar with absolutely no espresso in it and charged 10$ for it. If I had a vehicle I would 100# go back but I ordered this through uber eats because I do not have my car at the moment, so now I’m just shit out of luck.

The slowest Dunkin around. Not sure what they’re doing in there but only go here if you want to spend 20 minutes in the drive through.
