Had me standing 10 mins, the 3 girls lookin at each other, no one was there but me, didn't say a word to me, suddenly a guy comes in and their like can i help u? I think they're prejudice or didn't like my sweats I had on.

I would be fine if it was a one time thing but the sandiches Ive had consistently taste like bleach, I dont want to damage your reputation at all just please god fix whatever it is thats causing your sandwiches to be (not exaggerating) inedible. I love dunkin sandwiches and just want to enjoy them without chemicals literally burning my mouth.
I had to request salt & pepper for my egg sandwich. 1 of each would suffice. The employee grabbed a handful and threw them in my breakfast bag.

This place is a joke you never get what you ordered and on top of that they catch an attitude if asked to fix it. I’m paying for my order so I expect to get what I asked and paid for. They all have attitudes their customer service sucks. I rather drive down to west Simsbury to get my Dunkin. Don’t go there on a weekend cause there’s a bunch of young kids and you stand there while they chitchat and walk back and fourth ? After 5-10 min waiting then you’ll get asked how can I help you.
