Had me standing 10 mins, the 3 girls lookin at each other, no one was there but me, didn't say a word to me, suddenly a guy comes in and their like can i help u? I think they're prejudice or didn't like my sweats I had on.

I would be fine if it was a one time thing but the sandiches Ive had consistently taste like bleach, I dont want to damage your reputation at all just please god fix whatever it is thats causing your sandwiches to be (not exaggerating) inedible. I love dunkin sandwiches and just want to enjoy them without chemicals literally burning my mouth.

Purchased a small coffee (ended up dripping all over me because the lids don't fit right) 2 glazed donuts and a bacon egg and cheese ww that was cold. I literally stood there for over 5 minutes after I ordered while they took three orders in the drive through and served them first. It was a waste of my money and clearly my time....

I don't even want to give 1 star and definitely won't be back. Went inside to get a coffee there were approximately 6 kids working. There was 1 other person already there. Waited to order (there is no, order here sign), none of the staff acknowledged me or the other person. Turns out the other person had already been waiting over 5 minutes without any of the staff trying to help them. Total lack of customer service. I don't see why they don't greet customers or ask if someone needs anything. Several of the kids were just walking back and forth behind the counter not really doing anything. The ice coffee I ordered tasted burnt and was really gross. Reinforces why I don't like dunkin.

I order online. When I come pick up, was saying order in process but no one do nothing...finally I ask so they star working on. They give me order uncompleted. So I must wait again for rest. No sorry, no nothing. Now both kid's are sick after sandwiches so...definitely not recommended. That was my last time there.

This was a terrible experience. DO NO COME HERE. I spent 20 minutes in the drive-through and there was only one other person there. The two people working there weren't even rushing to do anything. They were just standing there and talking. Not only was the service awful, but they also somehow managed to make the drinks completely wrong. It was disgusting and a waste of ten dollars. They obviously have no idea what proportions are because the macchiato I asked for was straight-up water. Ice cubes with a tiny hint of coffee. Not even. It was beyond terrible. Do not come here on Tuesdays at 5. This experience has made me never want to get coffee again. How do you mess up such a simple order?? Just pour in exactly what you are told. How on earth do you mess that up. I hate this place.

I hate leaving bad reviews. This is someone's business and livelihood. Still, I'm clearly not alone in my dissatisfaction with this location. What prompted my review is the strange taste (cleaner? freezer burn?) of their hot sandwiches. Thought it was a one off, but no. I now drive to East Granby to get sanwiches that don't taste bad (if not dangerous). To the owner: Please try your own product. Is it something you would feed your kids? Let me know when the problem is fixed, and I'll try again.
