I wish I could give NO star for their service. They are flat out HORRIBLE! The incompetent staff and lack of supervision is more than enough to not ever look back at this location. If you love your time and money, do not go there!

I love me some Dunkin. However, although I order the same drink almost every time, it rarely tastes the same! Sometimes the flavor shots are too much, sometimes not at all and sometimes perfect. 🤷♀️
Dietary restrictions: I love that they offer different milk choices and that they have hash browns for a gluten free option (sensitivity only).

This location is repeatedly slow at handling online orders. Don't order ahead expecting it to be ready because it won't be. Better off just ordering in line as they seem to process those first while pick up customers wait. Do better Dunkin!

Every single time I order something online, the bagel is barely toasted, when I come into the store on an ASAP order (I get it it can be busy) but everytime 'my order is all set' my order is never there just 1/3 items and then theyre comfused about the order when the order is so simple. I never put in a bad review but this is third time im always having an issue with pick up.
On top of my chorizo wrap tasting weirdly sour in the past (which I've heard has to do with overusing and burning the plastic trays they use in the Turbochef oven), my wrap today had mold on it! A small blue and white mold spot on the outside of the wrap.
If these come prepackaged, maybe I just had one that had a slightly torn packaging. But it's gross that no one noticed this and still served it to me, and my food just went into the garbage.

If I can give a business zero stars I would have. Ordered two capuccinos, and some food. I tasted mine and it was all milk i asked that they put expresso in it, the girl who waited on us who was not the least friendly to begin with and actually looked miserably angry flung the coffee at my husband, causing the cap to fly off and the coffee got all over him and the car and we didn't so much as get an apology. she grabbed the cup put another cap on it and said here- the employees at this location never make the drinks the right way and are always rude- canton Location is being remodeled never issues there- I will never go to this location again

I needed to go to Nissan for tires so I stopped at dunking for coffee and a breakfast sandwich I also wanted a dozen doughnuts for the Nissan staff the young man that waited on me was happy to assist and picked them out and then the girl at the pick up counter offered to help me take the stuff to my car I have been to a lot of dunkins but this was by far the best experience

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been too and I've been to a lot living in New England. I keep thinking I'll give em one more try and I'm done, just ordered a sesame bagel, toasted with cream cheese this morning and I got a cold, untoasted but still somehow rock hard and stale bagel to go with my ice cold hash browns. Thankfully there are better cafes in the area.
