This Dunkin is convenient to my job but it is the WORST for service, for quality! I really need to stay away from this location and so should you. Canton is so much better ! Btw Dunkin charges $6 for a latte and if you ask for water will charge your 54cents! Dunkin, you can afford to allow ice water free or charge! Sad what Dunkin has come to these days! The owner of this one should be ashamed of how things are but as long as their pockets are full, what do they care. Do better! Times are rough! Sadly people will always go to Dunkin.

Worst service ever. I went in today after a stressful day of work to order my coffee and bagel and get a burnt bagel and the coffee tasted so bitter, when I use to come here about a few weeks ago everything was fine this new crew I’ve been seeing is terrible I understand if the old members had to quit but god they where so much better do better Dunkin you guys suck right now

Really upset with this place today. I ordered a large iced pumpkin spice signature latte and they gave me the cup mostly full of ice and the coffee was up to the U on the cup where it says Dunkin on the side. The rest was just straight up whipped cream. I was really looking forward to drinking this today and that’s what I got….

I have sanitary concerns about this location. I've seen insects such as flies and gnats buzzing around the donuts.
Went in for a sandwich and hash browns. Service was fine, but when I got to my destination, I found burnt cold hash browns and a burnt sandwich. Not cool.

Absolutely appalled on how I was treated by the so called “manager” here. Nothing but dirty looks, and a snippy attitude to me. So I continued waiting for the mobile order while she goes and yells at these teen girls who came over and tried to help me! Absolutely ridiculous! The atmosphere is so negative and will not be back here again.
