Went in for a sandwich and hash browns. Service was fine, but when I got to my destination, I found burnt cold hash browns and a burnt sandwich. Not cool.

Absolutely appalled on how I was treated by the so called “manager” here. Nothing but dirty looks, and a snippy attitude to me. So I continued waiting for the mobile order while she goes and yells at these teen girls who came over and tried to help me! Absolutely ridiculous! The atmosphere is so negative and will not be back here again.

The staff, absolutely amazing so helpful and so kind. I came later in the day and I was assisted by a awkward tall teen, a blonde kid, and a tall some what handsome Arab. They made my drinks quick and they did not waste anytime, this is the type of service I expect anywhere management be proud of the great men these young boys are becoming. Be proud of yourself west sims workers. And just know you are doing a wonderful job. Keep grinding and stay true.
Stopped to grab a coffee after work. Hours say 8:00 but they were locked up at 6:40. No sign stating if hours were updated

Went in the drive thru and whoever was working on january 15th at the window was the best!! should def give him a raise he was best dunkin worker ever !! i didn’t get his name but def made it worth to write this review and will come back !!

there was a teenage boy with crazy acne making his voice sound of another race being very racist over the drive through & was pretty much messing up my order and purpose and yelling at me to “just say what I want” it was disgusting and I didnt even finish my order bc it took me five minutes to just get my coffee order in. His blonde lady friend on reg was laughing so hard when I pulled up saying “that was soooo funny” and he popped his head around the corner started laughing too. absolutely disgusting behavior.
