The staff, absolutely amazing so helpful and so kind. I came later in the day and I was assisted by a awkward tall teen, a blonde kid, and a tall some what handsome Arab. They made my drinks quick and they did not waste anytime, this is the type of service I expect anywhere management be proud of the great men these young boys are becoming. Be proud of yourself west sims workers. And just know you are doing a wonderful job. Keep grinding and stay true.
Went in the drive thru and whoever was working on january 15th at the window was the best!! should def give him a raise he was best dunkin worker ever !! i didn’t get his name but def made it worth to write this review and will come back !!
Only if they knew how to make a coffee and only if they knew how to take an order and only if they were not been as lazy as they are and entitle as they are, they have this bullshit or they cannot hear to the customers on that speakers and customer service that’s all they have Dunkin you come here to spend your five dollars, and I think we own them
